If you look at ToS (Terms of Service). it's against their policy to sell BTC or anything like that. Mining hardware is legal to sell. There was an article about it somewhere online a guy selling BTC got his paypal account froze by ebay.
lol if they block me they will lose fees to mtgox \ btc-e and i will open a new account with a new card any way i dont have any problems buy btc\ltc\ifc\any coins with ebay tryd it many times didnt have problem i buy for sellers that have high rate and lots of good feedback they can freeze my ebay\ pay pal but they cant freeze bitcoin and cant access my digital wallets
