I'm sorry, but as a non-Ebay user (perhaps the last in the world?), what advantages do I get by having an old account with good feedback compared with a new account? Is it simply a trust issue?
pretty much, iirc trusted seller accounts also get funds available from paypal immediately, as opposed to a 30 day wait period before funds become released.
Unfortunately it is against eBay's ToS and PayPal always has the right to freeze or seize funds. I am not saying don't buy. I am just saying the buyer would be to be VERY careful and have all the information with them and for it to be correct. PayPal doesn't allow too many mistakes before they begin to question every transaction made. PayPal is much worse and stricter than eBay. Good luck!
