I have been riped off even more with Skrill - moneybookers.
Some guys buyed from me BTCs and payed on skrill, after that reported that I use my skrill acoun to launder money.
So they locked down my skrill account and send money back to people which payed BTCs to me.
Be aware of those cheating bastards, sometimes they work in groups.

I have just ben ripped of today by third time for BTC on ebay.
Buyer buys a BTC and after that he pays it on paypal you get confirmed that you get money and when you transfer BTC to buyers wallet he open a case on paypal that his account is comprimised and that he didn't buyed and payed BTC.
And paypal always decide to give buyer money back no mather how many evidence you have and how obvious is that buyer is a cheatter.
I also have been ripped of by fees on ebay because in some circumstances you can not get fees back.

So I lost my BTCs and also payed fees out of my pocket to ebay.

Can you not just not send the BTC until you have cashed out the paypal money?

You could do this once if:

1) You never wanted to use paypal again
2) You do not care if your credit rating is trashed

The only way not to get ripped off is saying. "I will send you my autograph in the mail + Free BTC to the address you specify. THIS IS FOR MY AUTOGRAPH+ FREE BITCOIN" and then just ship a paper with your autograph and get tracking on it.

This doesn't work.  All the scammer has to do is send back the autograph paper in the mail and show tracking number and you are screwed.

You aren't meant to sell any digital items on eBay or pay for digital items with PayPal. That is why PayPal sides with the other person because its to hard to prove the actually recieved the item.

.........Really?

What did you expect to happen?

Of course Paypal sides with the buyer......it is in their user agreement that non-physical items are not protected.

Quote
a. Basic Requirements:
The item must be a physical, tangible good that can be shipped.

11.5 Items/transactions not eligible for PayPal Seller protection. The following are examples of items/transactions not eligible for PayPal Seller protection.
Claims or Chargebacks for Significantly Not as Described.
Items that you deliver in person, including in connection with In-Store Checkout.
Intangible items, including Digital Goods, and services.
PayPal Direct Payments.
Virtual Terminal Payments.
PayPal Business Payments.
Items that are not shipped to the recipient's shipping address on the Transaction Details Page. If you originally ship the item to the recipient's shipping address on the Transaction Details Page but the item is later redirected to a different address, you will not be eligible for PayPal Seller protection. We therefore recommend not using a shipping service that is arranged by the buyer, so that you will be able to provide valid proof of shipping and delivery.
