All I have to do is describe the situation on the forums and warn people + I'll try to find contacts of the organization that issued them a license and write there.
VitalBet uses the scam license 365/JAZ from gaming-curacao.com

More info: Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ, 365/JAZ, 5536/JAZ and 8048/JAZ

Welcome to the club!

Good afternoon!
Immediately sorry for bad english, I use google translator to create this message.

The bookmaker "VITALBET" blocked my account without grounds and stole 1400 euros from me.

My nickname on the site VitalBet - Angelofp0ker.
I have been betting on sports for more than 10 years and during this time I first encountered such a candid kid from the bookmaker's office!
Having answered several times in the support service, my subsequent letters are completely ignored. The account is blocked, my money is stolen in a brazen way.
All I have to do is describe the situation on the forums and warn people + I'll try to find contacts of the organization that issued them a license and write there.

Briefly, for those who do not want to read the details:
I was blocked for multi-account, although I never created more than one account in their bookmaker office and did not violate any rules. I completely passed all the stages of verification of the person: scans, photos and skype conversation. My letters to the support are now completely ignored, my account is blocked, my money in the amount of 1400 euros is stolen.
The only thing it can be connected with is the FriGate application (VPN \ Proxy), which I use to access sites that are blocked by the provider. Those. All who use a similar application or proxy \ VPN can at any time also get into this situation.

Read more:
I have been registered in many bookmakers around the world, I have not violated any rules anywhere, different offices are needed to find a more optimal coefficient and the possibility to put a slightly larger amount. Almost all bookmakers are blocked by providers now in Russia, so for access to sites I use a free VPN / Proxy application for Google Chrome "FriGate", as well as many other players around the world. This is normal for all bookmakers around the world and NEVER, no one had any complaints about this.

In VITALBET, I have been making bets since May 2017. I made several deposits.
I verified the account: I sent a photograph of my passport and utility bill.
May, June and July I actively bets, and in July for the first time made a request for withdrawal of money, and then problems with access to the account began.

First I was asked to go through the verification again, and send a photo on which I will, holding a passport and the inscription "VITALBET". I passed successfully and this stage of verification, but my account was "temporarily blocked" and told that I need to go through another stage of verification, namely, they will call me on Skype and will ask various questions about my account in their bookmaker office.

I answered all their questions: I had to name some of my bets, the amounts I usually pay, the payment systems that I use and other data. I successfully passed the verification and the operator told me that everything is in order and your account will be open during the day.

However, the account was not opened in a day, or through three. I wrote to the support team to find out the reason. And I received a letter with the name "Multi-accounts registered":

To Whom it may concern,
Following a review of your account and a group of other accounts details and in accordance with the provisions of article 9.7 of VitaBet.com's terms and conditions our security team has found sufficient evidence of and thereby closed your account for fraudulent abusive and betting practices.
"9.7 We have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. We will have the right to withhold or otherwise decline or reverse any pay-out or winning amount(s) or amend any policy in the event that we suspect you are abusing or attempting to abuse any of the following: (i) bonuses; (ii) palp errors; or (iii) specific policy or rules determined in respect of an existing game or a new game. It is clarified that we may determine that such an abuse has taken place also if your activity in our Online Casino/Sportsbook, by itself, is not abusive, but your activities in other Online Casino/Sportsbooks in addition to our Online Casino/Sportsbook, taken as a whole, constitute such abuse of our bonuses, promotions, policies or rules."
We have carefully checked a group of accounts sharing the same Login and Register IP address and it has been confirmed that you have been placing very similar or/and the same bets the same time.
Your bets have been voided and your winnings have been canceled.
The total amount of 500 EUR l- atest deposits that have not been already lost, has been refunded to your Skrill account.
We would like to kindly advise you not to open other accounts with us.
Sincerely Yours,
VitalBet.com Customer Support
The Official Sportsbook & Casino of Manny Pacquiao

Those. I was accused of creating multiple accounts on their site, and returned a miserable 490 euros to my Skrill (500 euros - 2% per withdrawal). Although my account was 1900 euros. And for all the time I played on this site I made deposits for a total of 1,795 euros.

I replied that in every bookmaker office I have only one account and I am ready to prove it by any method. As far as I understand, they are networked with several other bookmakers, namely: EBETTLE and LOOTBET. In them I also had accounts and bets, I thought that maybe the reason for this? I wrote to them that I make bets there, but everywhere I have only one account and I did not violate any rules, to which they specified that they have no complaints about this. But wrote here that.

To whom it may concern,
As we have previously informed, your account has been directly connected to a group of active VitalBet accounts sharing the same exact IP address that as per our Terms and Conditions is totally unacceptable.
Only one account is allowed per one single IP and a household address. Our bonus Terms and Conditions have been breached as well. More than one accounts sharing this IP address took an advantage of the welcome bonus, which is considered as a bonus abusive activity.
"Only "one new account offer" per person, household address, email address, debit/credit card number, or IP address is allowed. VitalBet reserve the right to withhold any bonus and winning amounts if we believe that the promotion has been abused or where irregular betting patterns have been discovered."
The decision of the Risk management team i charge had been taken accordingly to our Terms and Conditions so we consider this case being closed.

And this is

Quote
Quote
The number of the accounts that you have registered with other sites is not relevant to this particular case as we are not in a position to comment other bookies.
The total number of 7 accounts (including yours) have been registered and/or been using the same exact IP address not accidently but multiple times to log into our system. This is an obvious violation of our general and bonus rules.
As you should have read and agreed upon our terms and conditions before registering an account with us, such activities are considered being abusive.
With that said, we consider this case as closed so there is nothing more to add to this email.

I tried to explain in the most detail that I'm using the FriGate application to access their site, that I'm ready to prove that I did not belong to any other accounts and that I did not violate any rules, but they do not answer to me in the support service anymore and completely ignore my letters.

Playing in a lot of bookmakers, I came across different cases: a lot of bookmakers cut their maxima to zero, simply because they did not like you or won a little money from them, or without explanation at all; Asked to undergo a bunch of procedures of all kinds of verification of ridiculous; Truncated the coefficients personally;

But in all cases, their money could be taken away. Here I was accused of what I did not do, they took my money away and did not even want to try to understand the situation. This is the first time I've come across, so I endure this all for a general review, because I feel powerless in this situation.

By the way, what is even more interesting: from the bookmakers of their network - Ebettle and LootBet, I successfully withdrew the money and no complaints against me from them, although I also used the same FriGate to access their sites. As well as to all other sites.

In fact, this situation applies indirectly to everyone who uses different VPNs and Proxy to access your accounts on different sites.

Thank you for listening, I will be glad to any advice or assistance on the return of their funds.

We consider this case closed.

Hi!
You wrote Also you were blocked or limited on each of their sites.
I must say all my accounts are alive, except for that on Betnow1 which was closed by them after they stole my winnings (there would be no complains if they would limit me as others but pay fully as they obliged).
And yes, they DO position themselves as differernt bookies since they DO NOT prohibit to one person to have accounts on all of their sites!

So I insist that I did not violate any rules. And as you are covering up these frauds, I will tell the police you are a part of a corrupt organization. In the meantime I will stop using any betting sites under your licenses and will agitate the community not to use them either.  Fairwell, robbers!

If I go to parasino.com, I can not see any link to terms and conditons. I can also not see a Curacao eGaming seal that links to the Curacao eGaming validation page.

On the landing page you have to click on the question mark at the right side of the page. There you have the ToS and everything else.
Thank you.

And only because a non-licensed site state it would be operated by CAMELOT GLOBAL INVESTMENT LIMITED N.V., it is operated by CAMELOT GLOBAL INVESTMENT LIMITED N.V.?

Do you have a link to the Curacao eGaming license validation page for the domain parasino.com like stefan80 has for 90dadika.com?

What are the irreconcilable differences? Belgium has also other lawyers? This should become a precedent, shouldn't it?

Based on my experience, most victims are not willing to spend money for lawyer and court fee. They love to lose millions, but in no way should they spend anything to enforce their claim. A heaven for criminals!

Even after accident(s), they continue to drive cars without an insurance!

There is an email publicised on SBR, where Gaming Curacao say that the license is suspended. 94dakika.com had a license from Gaming Curacao that was suspended after complaints.

Thereafter 90dakika.com received a license from Curacao eGaming. You can read more in the comments section of Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ, 100 questions from The Hague

How much is your damage with parasino? And how do you know that parasino is part of 90dakika.com?

A victim want to hire a lawyer in Curacao, maybe you want to unite with him and share the costs.

I know this guy ("adrian") who wrote in your comment section. He is "stefan80" at SBR where he already described his case: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3191531-94dakika-scam.html

My damage is way too low (about 2k) so a lawsuit is out of question.

There are many Turkish sportsbooks out there that use BetConstruct software and I strongly believe they are closely related to each other:

90dakika, parasino, rotabet, adobet, kozbet, bexbet, baymavi, gorabet, grandbetting, kikbet, topazbet, ultraganyan, marsbet etc.

I know for sure that 90dakika, parasino, rotabet, adobet and kozbet are scam from my own experience.

Like stefan80/adrian already said: It seems like there is a big Turkish-Turkish Cypriot-English betting syndicate which is involved in a systematic fraud: http://calvinayre.com/2016/09/14/business/turkey-bust-international-online-betting-ring/con

O.k., let us await their response.

The difference between court and licensor or operator bla bla is that at the court, the operator has to deliver proof!

The problem is that 99% of the single fighters (victims) are not willing to spend any money for lawyer and court and the licensor and operator know this. So they say any kind of nonsense, knowing that 99% will not go to court, where they would have to deliver proof of their claim.

What is the URL of this Japanese market operator?

Did their client ban you to register an account with their URLs?

The URLs are betnow1.com  and betnow1.eu
They did not ban me anywhere. Actuallly all my accounts are alive (only badly limited ), except for this betnow1, where my account was closed by them after stealing all the winnings.
They say it seems..., so I wonna see your response to them?

It is also possible to post an article about Gaming Curacao on Game Protect website.

You surely learned meanwhile to make screenshots about your accounts...

yes, I registered on the different sites as far as they postion themselves as not related parties. They do it for marketing and tax optimization purposes, I suppose, and they do not prohibit for same person to have account on every site (but not more then 1 for each site, of course). That (only in other words) I answered to the licensor as well as that Betnow1 does not have any restrictions to players from my country (and most of countries of the World as anyone can see in their T&C). They exclude only residents of U.S.A., HONG KONG S.A.R., PHILIPPINES, and SPAIN.

Dear Denis,
We have reviewed your accounts with our client. It seems that you have systematically tried or set up an account on all their URL’s for our licensee. We see that you set up on:
LOOTBET:  ARCANEBE  XBET:
LOCAGAMING: EBETTLE VITALBET: BETEAST: between Nov 29 2016 and Feb 2 2017 and on each pf these sites which are all the same operator you were either limited or blocked for each account. You then registered on a site from the same operator that is used exclusively for the Japanese market of which no marketing is done yet you managed to find this site and make a wager. Based on the information we see we agree with our licensee. We have been informed that your total deposit was refunded. At this time we will consider this case closed.

well after some digging, I actually found the user FLOWERBRIDGE. Turns out he does use the exact same vpn provider as I do, but according to him, he hasn't used the server that I use since last year (and I only started betting at these sites this year). I checked with him the bets he make and he said he hasn't even been betting much and from what he remembers (his account is already gone, no access to bet history), our bets are nowhere near the same. The only similarity between our accounts is that we're both winning players.

Another interesting find is that he said his VitalBet account, which was net negative, had its withdraw processed, while his account at eBettle, which was net positive, had the withdraw denied and winnings stolen.

It's getting pretty clear that VB and eB are just finding any sort of convenient excuse they can find to take away money that people have fairly won.

Dear Kurt,
We have review the information sent by you as well as the information we received from our Licensee. This is what we have concluded while reviewing the information. It has been stated by our licensee Vitalbet and Ebettle that your account was closed due to a violation of their T&C 9.7. As both of these sites are owned and operated by the same company they share all information. Upon looking at the wagers you placed we have seen in 2 different accounts one with the username KLWY and the other with the username FLOWERBRIDGE. Once a betting cap was place on the flowerbridge account that account was no longer used and the klwy account was then used to place similar bets and odds. This in its own does not constitute an actual breach of terms. Where we see the issue is that the ip addresses and geolocation data from the flowerbridge account and the klwy account share the similar IP addresses as well as the latitude and longitude information match both accounts as well as the service provider being Quadra Net in California. In Feb 22 or 23 there were wagers placed that were very similar in the betting pattern and again the IP geolocation puts these from the same person. Also in their letter to you they asked that you withdrawal your remaining balance in which you then decided to place another bet. This action further shows that you not adhering to the policies of the site. Our understanding at this point is that they have offered to refund all deposits. We agree with our licensee.  As you want to stay anonymous we have based our findings on the information that has been provided to us by both parties. Even if you had supplied more information it is very clear based on the IP geolocation that all these wagers we initiated from the same place.

And my response.

Quote
Dear Stuart

Thanks for the response. I have been asking the two sites for that
information which they refused to provide to me. First of all, I'd
like to state that this is the first time I'm hearing the username
FLOWERBRIDGE. I have betting accounts on vitalbet, ebettle, betcoin,
arcanebet, among others. I have no need for having more than 1 account
on each site. Once a betting cap is reached on my account on one site,
I usually bet on one or more of the others.

Next, I would like to address the concern of IP address/geolocation
and service provider. I am using a popular vpn provider as a mean of
maintaining my anonymity. I think it is very likely that someone else
happens to be using the same VPN provider and I should not be punished
for that. That is also the reason why I appear to have the same IP
location as the user FLOWERBRIDGE.

While I don't understand how my bets can be the same as this other
user and always happen after he has bet the limit, allow me to suggest
a possible explanation and perhaps you could clarify. If I were to
make a guess, the bets that were similar were only DOTA2 game bets? I
tend to place DOTA2 bets based off conversations with my friends, who
sometimes follow "predictors" and "analysts" (since I don't know too
much about dota2 myself and just join in when my friends bet). In that
sense, it is very likely that those bets are similar to not just that
one user, but possibly many others as well. Could you perhaps clarify
if the wagers on Feb 22 and 23 are DOTA2 bets? It would be helpful if
you could tell me which bets exactly are similar/same as the user
FLOWERBRIDGE. The bets I place on every other game are not based off
any predictor and I highly doubt that anyone would have the exact same
bets as me apart from sheer coincidence.

I would like to ask if you have reviewed the entire bet history of
both FLOWERBRIDGE and myself, or if you've just been provided with the
bets made on 22 and 23 Feb by vitalbet and ebettle. Looking at just
the bets that are the same would make anyone appear suspicious, even
if the bets happen to coincidentally be the same. Could you perhaps
provide me with a history of bets made by FLOWERBRIDGE?

Lastly, I think it is unfair to say that I am at fault for not
adhering to the policies of the sites by continuing to place bets. By
simply accusing me of fraud and not providing details, deducting my
winnings, then cutting off communication with me when I asked for
details, it is both vitalbet and ebettle who did not offer me a fair
chance to understand the situation. I knew that if I were to simply
withdraw my deposit, they would immediately close my accounts and with
it any evidence of stealing my winnings. When I placed those bets, I
had actually given up since at that time I had received no reply from
you, ultraplay or anyone who could help. I decided to all-in my
remaining deposit a couple of times and withdraw if I could win back
what was stolen from me but it seems they refused to pay out those
winnings too.

Please review the information I just provided and I hope you could
provide me with the requested history of bets from the user
FLOWERBRIDGE as this seems like a ploy from vitalbet and ebettle to
steal winnings from players.

Regards
Kurt

So instead of withdrawing my money from eBettle, I continued making bets with the deposit they were going to return. I ended up quadrupling it by going all-in on a couple of bets. But of course when I try withdrawing they locked my account and are probably gonna steal the winnings again. c*nts.

I tried contacting their license provider as well and ultraplay directly but got no response. I guess they are all in on this scam. I would say stay away from all Ultraplay sites.
No, no, sportsbet.io claims that Curacao would regulate its licensees!

Regarding regulatory – sportsbet.io is regulated by Curaçao license as stated in https://sportsbet.io/about/gaming-licence, and we do have regulatory requirements to follow, which we continue to do so.

I just realized it is this UltraPlay: UltraPlay eSports LIVE BETTING Schedule; Available Only @ Betcoin & VitalBet!

Sorry, but if they are associated with the publicly proven Betcoin.ag Scam!, why do you even consider to deposit there?

Why not bet E-Sports at BetOnline, with consumer protection service inclusive?

Or let us find other interesting E-Sports betting sites and I will check if they fulfil Game Protect standart?

Yes, it`s them. The point is they provide really good odds on E-Sports. Betonline does not do that, their selection of matches is very poor. I know all betting sites providing odds on E-sports, cause I am an old arber. Ultraplay and Pinnacle combination is the most profitable. That`s said, there is a great risk to be scamed.

Our aim at Action Fraud is to make the process of reporting fraud and internet crime easier. Reports received are

Thanks. I`ve submited a report to the UK Police.  The company that recieved payments is in England, my payment system confirmed it.

From the licensor there is no response yet.

Yes, it is possible to sue them in Curacao.

Their terms of service are basically valid, because they state the operator and have a license. But paragraphs which are not in accordance with the Curacao civil code are not valid. And Curacao civil code says that they have to deliver proof of their claim, so the confiscation without proof is not valid!

You seem to be firm with all that "legal bookie stuff". Do you actually know one single case where a player sued a casino/sportsbook in Curacao?

There are some cases in Europe already but I never heard from a process in Curacao. Many talk about it but obviously no one finally has the balls and/or the money (BTW I am suing against a sportsbook in Belgium right now).

Thanks. I filed a complaint to their licence regulator and waiting for the response. Then I am considering a possibility to report fraud activities to the UK Royal Police as far as these bookmakers recieve payments through enterprices registered in England and BVI.

Hi!
The very same thing happened to me with their other site - Betnow1 They stealed 1247 euro, quoting the same 9.7 rule.

Hi Denis,

We apologize for the delay in getting back to you.

We are writing to inform you that it has been brought to our attention that you have violated one of our Terms and Conditions. The said violation can be found in Section 9.7 which states that:

*9.7 We have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. It is clarified that we may determine that such an abuse has taken place also if your activity in our Online Casino/Sportsbook, by itself, is not abusive, but your activities in other Online Casino/Sportsbooks in addition to our Online Casino/Sportsbook, taken as a whole, constitute such abuse of our bonuses, promotions, policies or rules.

Violation of the specified rule resulted in the withdrawal of your total deposit amounting to €809. Please be advised that the winnings that you have on the account has been reverted back to us. For you to be able to withdraw your funds back to your Ecopayz account, kindly provide us a copy of another valid ID (Driving License or National ID), and a screenshot copy of your proof of Ecopayz deposit.

Please note that once the withdrawal has been processed, your account will then be closed and you can no longer re-open it.

Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

So, I am frustrated and do not know what to do now. Maybe it`s possible to sue them?

vitalbet finally replied. Made up bullshit just like ebettle.

Quote
Please excuse us for the late reply.

Your account has been associated with another VitalBet account sharing multiple similar bets, placed on the same markets and same selections as well.

Considering the fact that both accounts have been registered by our system as sharing similar account settings and the betting pattern similarity, our Risk management team proceeded with the account closure accordingly to our Terms and Conditions. As per our rules, such accounts collisions and multi-account activity are not acceptable.

Sincerely Yours,

VitalBet.com Customer Support

My response:

Quote
Hi, I find that totally unacceptable and unreasonable. This is clearly
my only account and I definitely do not collude with anyone on
multiple bets. Please name the account you are accusing me of
having/colluding with and state all the bets that are shared,
including date and time placed.

You are obviously making all this up just because I had a good run the
past few days and started winning. I find it hard to believe your risk
management team only "detected" this when I'm winning and not when I
was losing previously.

Well I don't arb. I don't even think it's possible with the odds they provide. I just talk to my friends about games, like any bettor would. It's nice betting on the same team rather than against your own friends (although that happens too).

Obviously they are sure you were arbing (I think in my case they think this either). But arbing is not a crime and they can not put it in the rules, cause arbing is caused by their own odds, so they are making up these bullshit...

Another response from eBettle, again, more bullshit without proof or evidence. Still nothing from Vitalbet.

Quote
Your account is associated with at least one other account abusing our services.

Your written confirmation that you have friends betting at eBettle after you discuss particular games is yet another reason for us to consider this a multi-account fraud case.

As per our http://ebettle.com/terms-and-conditions,
9.5 We prohibit player collusion and take active measures in prohibiting any use of robots or other automated software for the placement of bets with intent to exploit palp errors or wrong lines. We reserve the right to void any or all bets made by any person or group of persons acting in an attempt to defraud us.

Kind regards,
eBettle Customer Support

and my response:

Quote
And which other account is that? Could you name the account?

You are taking what I said out of context and twisting it. How does
discussing games equate to player collusion or attempt to defraud you?
Which leisure bettor doesn't talk to friends about their bets?

Please, enlighten me. Which were the bets I took that equate to player
collusion? In most of the cases my friends take their bets at other
books and they get even better odds than I did.

This is getting ridiculous. You have not provided a single shred of
evidence of my alleged multi-account fraud apart from stating that my
account is found to be associated to another account. Either show me
some concrete proof or stop making things up. This is you practically
free-rolling me and to put it bluntly, all out fraud.

So now you can't talk about games if you're going to bet on sports, WTF? This is beyond ridiculous. If this isn't enough to prove that ebettle is a scam site then I don't know what is.

How do I get the admins/mods from this forum to actually close their thread and label them scammers? I think it's starting to get obvious. This is the "evidence" they gave me...

The latest reply I got from eBettle is as follows:

Quote
It has been confirmed that your account and at least one more have been using the same betting patterns.
The accounts have been closed for multi-account fraud.

We are willing to fully refund your deposits.
You have deposited a total of mBTC 935.00. Until now, you have
withdrawn mBTC 665.00.
Your eBettle account has been left temporarily active, expecting you to
submit a withdrawal request for mBTC 270.00.

Kind regards,
eBettle Customer Support

My reply:

Hi, please explain what you mean by "same betting patterns". I think
it's only fair that you provide me with the proof of this
multi-account fraud that you're accusing me of. Because right now it
seems like you're the fraud, running a scam site by not paying out
winners.

I have friends and we talk about games so we might have bet on
similar games sometimes. I don't think it's fair that you count that
as multi-account fraud. We definitely do not make every same bet. I
only have one account and the only other accounts I have are on other
sites like vitalbet and betcoin where I do make the same bets.

Since I only have one account at eBettle and vitalbet, I assume they are making all these shit up, or are closing accounts and stealing money from other winners and accusing them of the same crap. STAY AWAY from vitalbet.com and ebettle.com. I don't even understand why I would need to have more than 1 account when I already have 3 accounts (one on each site - vitalbet, ebettle, betcoin).

Massive price drop coming...
I'm betting they won't even reply to my emails anymore. I suggest anyone who still have money on eBettle or vitalbet to withdraw and stay away until this gets resolved. Who knows how many more such cases there are. There is absolutely nothing the end user can do if emails are not being responded to.

Betcoin limited my bets to single digit amounts and allowed me to withdraw all my winnings. While that's the same as saying they don't accept winning players, it sure as hell is a lot more respectable than outright stealing money and accusing the user of fraud/abuse.
Such a good idea to let us know about the issue. honestly never heard that site before ..
So for me that site is not safe if you are gamble in that site.. if you are investing or deposit a large amount of bitcoin . better to try contact the support until its resolve..
Those now well known gambling site i always stay away from i am just staying if what is trending gambling casino here which is very active here with signature campaign or directbet that even they dont have signature campaign their are active here in gambling section.

I know eBettle doesn't have any ANN thread around here but the ultraplay guys have one here. I'm also registered on 3 sportsbook that uses ultraplay's software (being ebettle as one of them)  but they haven't closed any of my account, it's kinda shady of them to not state the specific thing you did wrong and only mentioned the rules since you're the victim here. Anyways thanks to this warning i'll make sure to warn others who uses eBettle.

So vitalbet steals 840mbtc from me next. That makes a total of 1.34 BTC. This time they're accusing me of multi-account fraud. I've only ever opened one account on each site.

So, here's the post I just made on their thread. I don't think such sites should be allowed to be promoted here. Its truly disgusting and unfair to end users who risk their money only to find out a site can just take away their winnings like that, claiming "fradulent abusive and betting practices". I didn't see them accusing me of such shit and refunding me when I was losing money last month. Now that I'm winning, they just steal my winnings away.

okay I think eBettle.com just stole 550mbtc from me. I started using the 3 ultraplay sites about 2 months ago, and today I suddenly found myself locked out of my eBettle account with a message asking me to contact customer support. I sent them an email and this is the reply I received:

I logged in and after receiving that email and saw that my 2 latest pending withdrawals were cancelled and 550mbtc deducted from my account. I had a lucky streak the past couple of days and was looking forward to withdraw some winnings and this is what I get. I think it's clear that eBettle doesn't allow winners on their site.

I have absolutely no idea what they mean by fradulent abusive and betting practices so I replied asking them to clarify what they mean. Am awaiting their reply and will update here when they do. STAY AWAY for now!
