best way to remote control your ebit e9+ - is to obtain ssh root access

this problem with objects - is actually some bug in their modified cgminer.
can be fixed either by unit restart - or SW restart in ssh console

thank you for your reply..

can you explain me what ssh root access means?

and SW resart in ssh console..

the only way i control me asics is this:
i have 1 pc in my server room (where are my miners) i go to itsip adressees with team viewer and i restart them..
in bitmain products it has a soft from which i can restart it all (D3,L3,S9) but on e9 there is only one restart button with its ip but it doesn't help unless i switch it from power plug and power it on again

Not much help but for what it's worth I get that whenever I leave the web interface open for a while, doesn't happen if I just connect and then close it though.
I've also not been able to remotely restart the device, I've always done it manually.

There's a thread on here where a couple of people had developed a custom firmware to load on it so that's an option if you want to go that route.  I just left mine and only monitor it from the stats on the pool i'm using.

A guess another option to restart remotely would be to use some sort of smart socket or power bar.

thanks for your reply.. what firmware do you have now?
