what exactly you are trying to do? shift down point to lower range. there is only one effective way to do that. ( divide by 2(multiply by multiplicative inverse) and subtract G(add inverse of G). every step will be a power of 2. if you shift down for example from 2^120 to 2^110 you get 2^10(1024) points. only one is in range 2^110 all others will be scattered all over the entire bitcoin range. there are a lot of just talk ways.(you can find here on the forum). they are all just ideas. the proof is that if there was some clever way to do that all puzzle transaction address balances with public key open would be long gone.
Your question doesn't make sense - ecctools only has a modinv method, not a division method, and even that takes a single field element as an argument, nowhere close to 150.
