I would not recommend using blockchain.info's api. Their service is terrible and it tends to fail frequently. Try using a different api like Blocktrail or BlockCypher.

I think, you need to be more specific. You are talking about blockchain api or blockchain.info api ? The first is a generalized ides, while the second is a service specific offering.

An existing API of a Bitcoin wallet ( Coinbase , Core Bitcoin , Blockchain etc ) to create my own app android / ios Bitcoin wallet with my own graphics . All operations would only via my app and automatically (registration, information mail remittance, receipt of funds, send of funds, ...), even if the storage btc itself is provided by the supplier of this API.

Big is not impossible, with the right price you will get some one to do it.
No sane project uses blockchain.info api anymore.
