Obviously, Yes! this has nothing to do with buzz, a security check is a security check and as already stated in many recent posts, we have modernised our fraud control team and system. After finalising the investigation, we are happy to proceed the withdrawal.
I am disappointed fortunejack are ok with withholding my money for over 3 months and offer no apology or compensation. I waited so long I was sure I was not getting paid, Making this thread was not an enjoyable experience neither contacting fortunjack any way I could. I would strongly recommend you rethink this as I would never expect a casino to do this to me, Especially one I have been playing at for over a year with deposits and withdrawals at a similar size.
You are losing me as a player because of this and I'm sure after forcing me to make this thread, Others will avoid your casino. Nobody wants to wait 3 months when we finally do win something from gambling.
