You can edit your posts anytime apart from in the auction subforum where you can't. You can delete your thread if nobody else has posted in it but not if somebody has.
If nobody else has opened topic to see your post, than you can change/edit it till than, at least that's my expirience on other forums, but i guess it's the same here.

As above, the time of the post will become underlined/dotted if it has been edited. If it has, hover over it and a questionmark will apear and then tell you the time of the last edit. I'm not sure on the exact grace period you get to edit it until it shows up as so but it is around 5 minutes, so two minutes is fine.
Where can I see if any post had been edited? If I edit post in 2 minutes does it count like I edited it or not?
Hover over the timestamp and if you can see another date on the time stamp, then it have been edited. However, I think that if you edit within a short period of you posting your post, it will not be deem as edited.
