That means, if I do some change to existing code then, I'll have to submit same to developers?

Is it so simple that- I can use it for commercial purpose, if I publish open source code at my website?

I've seen it here https://github.com/edx/edx-analytics-pipeline/blob/master/LICENSE

Check the license that comes with the software. It will say if it can be used for commercial purposes, changed without attribution etc.

I know it means- something that is transparent with code available in public domain to check, utilize and play with it. Can I use Open EdX source code which is open source for commercial application?
