3 months ago I asked for a withdrawal on bitcoin worth 742 usd. One month later (yes their withdrawals have this type of timeline) they deleted the cash out telling me that this method was not anymore available for me.
That's strange! On their FAQ page, it says "up to 7 working days", so something is definitely wrong with them, and judging by "half of their reviews on Trustpilot" you're not the only one!

According to them my paypal account does not accept money from them.
I have limited knowledge when it comes to PayPal, but that sounds like pure BS to me!

They seems to be russian owned and they still pay on russian paying platforms on which I obviously have no access.
If you're referring to WebMoney, AFAICR, there are no restrictions for foreigners having an account on that platform [as a non-Russian person, I have an account there]...
- It supports BTCitcoin payments [WMX purse].

Not a single time they have paid me in 7 days. So bs rules. Yes they just dont want to pay me, no Paypal problem: Just to make an excuse. About webmoney, I really don't know. For this method to be available on my egb account would involve making another deposit and I really do not want to make another deposit there.

first time i hear about this site
why would you play in a site that take months to send a withdrawal? they dont have money to pay ?

They are a big site on esports. Everyone that bet in esports know them. They have always paid me (yes, in weeks or max in a month but have paid me) to be honest and I have won more thane deposited there. Their odds are good sometimes. But now it seems they are in difficult times. They seems to be russian owned and they still pay on russian paying platforms on which I obviously have no access.

first time hearing about the gambling site. would you mind sharing evidence(emails, screenshots, etc...) to back up your claim. don't get me wrong, I am not saying that you are lying, but having evidence helps people deice to whether believe you or not.

just curious, did they give you any reason as to why bitcoin and skrill were removed from your withdrawal options?

They have been forever on esports betting. No reason for not paying me on bitcoin or Skrill. The methods are available on my account but they just cancel when I place the request.

Below the last response from them. Identical of many others...

Hello

Have been playing on this site for years. Made several deposits and withdrawals. 3 months ago I asked for a withdrawal on bitcoin worth 742 usd. One month later (yes their withdrawals have this type of timeline) they deleted the cash out telling me that this method was not anymore available for me. I asked for a skrill withdrawal, cause I have deposited also with this method. 3 weeks later they deleted it also with the same excuse (the method is not available for me, although it is available for everyone else...). They asked to send my money through paypal. I gave them my paypal account (although did not deposit through this method) and a month later they told me the withdrawal did not went through . According to them my paypal account does not accept money from them.
Now they are giving me any alternative. On live chat they tell me to write an emails. On emails they tell me to wait for finance department. I do not know what to call it  but  scam practice... They are just trying to steal my money. Please be aware of egb...
