Another good news about Bitcoin adoption but sadly, the news isn't enough to push Bitcoin price past the $40k mark.

How we are taking this is quite different from each other, firstly, how is this related to bitcoin price going down or running a bull, this is just an initiative that Nayib Bukele put in place to encourage active participation of the citizens and nothing more, i think he's such a president that work along with general opinion and is considerate enough in making bitcoin an easy task of adoption despite the introduction of chivo wallet yet he still implemented this, isn't this fare enough?.

but this will give people the choice of choosing the service while the people are now used to the chivo wallet.

Exactly as expected you've just said it all, this is just to complement the effective use of chivo wallet, having the collaboration with the Central Reserve Bank of El-Savador and this will encourage many users through the commercial banks have their services rendered by Qredo, this is a wonderful consideration by the El-Savador's leadership for such implementation.

This is a big news, if this has taken place in a country where bitcoin isn't much used and are in need of such services. Qredo getting registered in El Salvador isn't a big news, but this will give people the choice of choosing the service while the people are now used to the chivo wallet.

At least, they have another option for their crypto services other than chivo.
Competition is always good as each platform wants to offer something better than the other.
Which in turn, will provide better services to the people.
Monopoly is not good as they can dictate whatever they want to implement.
With competition, people are free to choose which one suits his needs and not be limited to only one option.

Goodnight, o_e_l_e_o 🌹
This is a good news and a development needed to turn things around I'm El Salvador. The president of the country and the financial team are trying their best to stand with their bitcoin decisions no matter the odds.
Media was busy labelling El Salvador bitcoin adoption as failed and I was saying that it is early to judge. Besides, the criteria for the judgment was wrong.
Just because of a massive protest of the people of El Salvador and the percentage of people using the chivo wallet, the media concluded that El Salvador bitcoin adoption is a failure.
Their bond may have failed but the legal tender status, I don't think they will regret it any soon.

The so called Bitcoin city brings us good news again, as Qredo announced on Wednesday via twitter that
Quote
The Central Reserve Bank of El Salvador accepted the registration of the crypto company as a recognized Bitcoin service provider as established in the country's Bitcoin Law.

A great announcement in my opinion, since Qredo is also authorized to hold BTC, provide Bitcoin wallets, process payments and act as an exchange for digital assets. All this with the thought of complying with local laws and international practices regarding digital assets, to avoid problems related to them.

We know that El Salvador in recent times has shown us to be one of the friendliest places with cryptocurrencies in Latin America. Even a survey by the Salvador Chamber of Commerce announced that

the 14% of local businesses  transacted using BTC since the Bitcoin Law came into effect in September 2021.

And with the positive impulses towards Bitcoin by the president of this country, it shows us that they are on the right track. What good news will the Savior bring us in the future?
