Now they are even having discussions on changing the token supply. There have been many people bashing the shitty project and its rating is among the lowest in most ICO sites.

It is better to stay away from alternative crypto currencies until they reach the level of Litecoin, Dogecoin or Ethereum because most of them will fail. 0.13 btc is a fair sum but you may have got away from it relatively cheaply.
