Electrum has a decent documentation which can answer most of your basic questions and help you become more familiar with how things work. i suggest reading it, at least the FAQ part of it: http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/faq.html

and how i can recover the wallet  with the seed?

I do not know do you have problem with Electrum for Bitcoin/Litecon/Dash or with ElectronCash for BitcoinCash but there is no "Electrom" to my knowledge.

However in order to restore your wallet(you did not wrote what is the exact problem),you need your wallet files/or seed - private key. When you create wallet you get 12 words, did you write them down?If you do that then just download same program again and choose the option " I have seed" - type that 12 words and you will recover your wallet.

the link i meant..

when somebody wanted to transfer Bitcoin to my account i send him the address
can i use this address to recover the wallet?

thanks

If you have the private keys associated with that address, yes you can otherwise you cannot and by that logic, anyone you send him the address to send you funds, can recover your wallet and steal your bitcoins.

private keys  - you mean the Seed or the password?

Remember to keep the private key very carefully which is the key to help you to open your account, make sure it is stored where only you know. The cryptocurrency market is the target of hackers so be careful with your assets.

Oh no,  theres no way to reset your private keys, if you forgot or loss your private keys.  There is no way to retrieve it. Just incase you recovered you private keys,  you cant also change it so you need to create a new one.

He meant neither. Each of your addresses is associated with a private key. The owner of the private key controls the address. You can view them on Electrum by right clicking on the address whose key you want to view.

No. You need your seed to recover your entire wallet.

A link? there are no links, the only things you can import are the private keys or the seed. If you do have one of them, then yes, you can recover your wallet.
