The question shouldn't be just on the ICO (though the uptake is important), but what does the project itself offer. It isn't just another coin, this one seems to have gone back to fundamentals of usability and engaging people in the principles of crypto without a bunch of technical (or ideological) stuff in the way. If it isn't an elaborate scam, it will grow and do well in the medium to long term.
Did not participate in this ICO, but listen to friends, is still a good ICO. I wish you a fortune. The bull market is likely to come lately, and the ICO market is picking up too. It's very important that the supporters of eceltronium are still large.

electroneum showed us all that to get a lot of money from an ico you need to do a huge marketing campaign, and then make people hopes of getting rich, (which they wont)
then you can run away with vast amounts of funds starting a live as an investment punk

I think Electroneum has a good supporter base and its price went to almost minimum, while the technology is not working yet it has an interesting potential. So if you invest in it, it's a bet that the developpers will succeed with what they planned, if they do price will go up, if they don't price will go down.
