No one ? I'm the only unlucky guy who got a bug the deleted his biggest referral.

Hi guys,
Few days ago my biggest referral disappeared from my referral page on my.electroneum. I wrote a support ticket but i still have no answer.
Anyone else had this kind of issue with ETN ? Are they removing "big referral" to people
