I suppose you have the seed and the password of the wallet , you could try to upgrade to the latest version : https://electrum.org/#download
If that doesn't work then you could simply export the private keys and import them into Bitcoin Core or Omniwallet or you are good to go , as simple as that.

I don't to upgarde, don't want to import my private keys to any other wallet and only continue keep using my wallet. Fortunately it was a problem with the synchronization, I just changed server and after synchronizing it went well and it started to send money again. Phew that was a close one, any way thanks for you help, locking the thread now and will reopen if any new problems arises.

It's been a long time since I haven't used my electrum wallet. The problem is everytime I try to send anything to any addresses it shows me the exact error which is INVALID FEE and a RED QUESTIONMARK. What can be the problem, I tried to disable dynamic fees but the problem with manual ones it doesn't take the Send command now. I will try again different options, meanwhile anyone can help, I have stuck about 0.05 btc in this wallet which I was keeping to place some bets during this week. Any help is greatly needed and appreciated.
