As Lucius said, you need to update your python-trezor. You'll need to install chocholatey if you're on Windows.[1]
After that, you can follow the guide on updating your python-trezor.

One of the advantages that the new Trezor Model T has over the original Trezor is the ability to enter your passphrase on the device itself, rather than punching it into the host machine's keyboard.

Using my Model T along with Electrum up through version 3.3.1, when I'd be prompted to enter the passphrase, a the Trezor screen asks if I want to enter it on the device itself or on the host machine. I am still given this choice in version 3.3.2, however, if I choose to enter the passphrase on Model T, an error message pops up in Electrum saying "string value expected" and the only option is to close the window. I've experienced this issue with both Windows and IOS host machines.

Any suggestions?
