Can you screenshot your "addresses" tab? I don't understand how you have a 3-type address in electrum rather than a bc1-type one...
The default derivation path is native segwit on Android Electrum wallet, but you can import the master private key of nested segwit to give 3-prefix address or that of legacy address to generate 1-prefix addresses. You can also import the private key of such addresses directly on Electrum wallet.

What is going on here?!?!!?
Someone has access to you wallet seed phrase or the private key you imported on the mobile electrum wallet. The best is to not use the compromised wallet again. I have not heard of malware that steals in such this way on Android Electrum wallet, but nothing is impossible when it comes to malware device invading, better to factory reset your phone to free your phone from malware. If you know you want to download wallet on your phone, you will need to protect it against malware by not going online the way you want, making use of ant-malware and visiting the right sites not fake ones that can install malware on your device. Also make sure you trust no one with your seed phrase or private key, someone can get hold of it and use it to compromise your wallet.

It is suspicous that the moment btc is received on this wallet it was instantly sent to bc1.... wallet
Both transactions got confirmed at the same block height. Meaning the coins wete stolen even before they got confirmed.
Whoever made the second transaction, was monitoring your wallet and knew about the unconfirmed transaction.
He paid more than 200b/sat in fees to make sure it confirms asap.
Sorry for your loss op. Hope you will find out who di it.

What is going on here?!?!!?

Looks like you installed malware, and your money was stolen.
Here's a link to official Electrum website: https://electrum.org/
On the download page you'll find a link to the official play store download.

I'm guessing that's not what you installed.

My guess is that your money got stolen.
I don't know what wallet did you use, I don't know how you created the seed and where did you store it, but it looks like somebody else had access to it, hence managed to send your money to his own wallet.
I guess that you should:
1. Think harder on what went wrong.
2. Consider buying/using a hardware wallet for securing your funds.

Have you got a link to the app you foenapoded from the play store (use the "my apps" part on the menu).

Have you got electrum on any other device or just your mobile? How safe is your phone, have you got a lot of apps downloaded on it?

Has anyone came across a similar issue?

So, I installed an electrum wallet from play store (the legit one) and I created new wallet, passed through the process and then I requested a receiving address:

I received 0.017 BTC to one of these generated wallets:

As you can see here says paid, but this BTC is no where to be found!

On my electrum wallet there is 0 btc and I've checked in to address and wallet tab in menu...

Here is wallet link:
