Did you select the correct denomination? Electrum using mBTC by default when displaying values. Go to Tools>preferences>Base unit to change it to BTC.

I'm trying to send bitcoins out of electrum wallet but the minimum fee seems to be 0.00337 btc for 337 bytes transfer. I tried to make this with 1sat/byte and if I understood it correctly this should be 0.00000337 btc?
I really wouldn't wanna pay 140 euros for that transaction.
