I think you just have to change the fonts. For example, I needed to make a beautiful presentation for women's day, which would look bright and unusual. So I found here fonts for girls https://masterbundles.com/girly-fonts/ , see for yourself, they look very cool and unusual, you can not find them anywhere. They can be taken and used to make the best quality presentation, which is sure to please any girl. I hope that helped!

just an update:

as weird as technology can be, the GUI and display of my Electrum GUI is back to normal and in proportion. Thanks anyways for the suggestions from before.

There should be reason why it's back to normal. If you can remember what you did (e.g. update Electrum, update GPU driver or reset setting to recommended/default) and mention on this thread, it might help people who find this thread on future.

Are you maybe using a setup with multiple monitors connected to your computer as an extended desktop. I have an additional monitor connected to my Laptop when I work. Sometimes it's connected to the laptop, other times it is not. If I switch the additional monitor on it without connecting the cable to my laptop first, I run into all kind of problems. Blurry screen, huge screen resolution, low image quality, etc. All that is needed to fix that is to turn the monitor off, disconnect and reconnect the cable and it is back to normal.

Nothing happens without a reason when it's a piece of computer program. Something was not right at the first place hence you had this experience. Anyway, good to know that you are happy now.

i've tried the suggestion by @NotATether which made the UI look to scale, but everything was just too small for me. My system recommends me to use 200% and a 2736x1824 resolution. So it could be an issue with the Electrum wallet not being able to scale properly.

Alright so at least we know what your default scaling factor is.

Can you try setting it to 125%, 150%, or 175% if that’s available? That should make the screen a little more bigger than 100% scaling factor.

Looks like this scaling issue does exist on Windows for other apps too if you run it on a very high resolution. You can check other solutions at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3025083/windows-scaling-issues-for-high-dpi-devices.

It can also happen if you are using a HiDPI screen, regardless of your monitor size. Judging from your screenshot, your resolution appears to be extremely large. Though not related to your case, it’s worth mentioning that high-end smartphones have a very large resolution packed into a small screen, this results in fonts becoming tiny while the widgets are big. Even here on Bitcointalk the reply button is small on an iPhone.

On Windows 10 go to Settings —>  Display to change the DPI to the normal amount, 96DPI. It may be behind “Advanced Options”. I can’t post a screenshot of it while on mobile though, so I will make one later.

EDIT: It's actually under Display --> Scale and Layout, and make sure it's at 100% to make it use normal DPI.

Certain text is way smaller than other normal texts:

This is what I see when I zoom in and it seems regular to me.

You may need to reset your monitor resolution.

Define "really really small"... I run my system at a "standard" 1920x1080 and my partner thinks all the text on my screen is "really small" Tongue
I have two monitors. One regular size and another one is big. In the big one, I sometime zoom out the browser to adjust regular visual of the fonts and graphics so that in one screen I can have maximized contents. It helps when I am watching scores of few matches at the same time.

Can you upload a screenshot to imgur or another image hosting service and post the link here? Also, what OS and version of Electrum are you running?

Not sure why but the fonts inside the Electrum desktop GUI are really really small. I dont think it has anything to do with my system layout options. It's just the Electrum GUI showing things as really really small. Any help to fix this?
