Offline wallet will never show you transactions or balances because it has no way to get that data on account of it being offline Smiley You can still do the offline signing dance so it's not really a problem. See the guide here:

By double authentication, do you mean 2FA? If so, I don't think you can use just the master public key... as a 2FA has three different master public keys which are all combined as part of the MultiSig system.

It's possible you'll be able to recover the funds, but only if the master public key you used for the watching wallet is related to one of the two master private keys (xprivs) that your 2FA seed will be able to restore. If it is paired with the master private key that TrustedCoin hold, then you're going to have to contact them to try and recover the funds... Undecided

I have a problem, I exported my master public key and used to create a watching wallet from where I received payments.

The offline wallet is a double authentication wallet, the problem is that it does not receive the balance from the watching wallet.

I thought that creating addresses with the master public key is the same as creating from the offline wallet. So I did not even checked the balance in the offline (being offline)

If the address created by the master public key are the same as the one created by the master private, I would need the wallet to realize that:

I did not find a way to import addresses in Electrum wallet with seed, and I tried to generate more but they are different to the ones of the watching wallet...

Please help
