Still no luck, quick question this might help me ,, does your electrum wallet have to be connected to the internet once this transfer has been made, or does it make no difference? Still not confirmed and this has never happened to me
No, that does not matter. So long as the transaction has been broadcast, it can be confirmed regardless of the state of your wallet.

Hey guys could anyone help me with this? Sent this with what i thought was sufficent fees, its almost 18 hours later now with no confirmations yet 777bebb4bc3f9c123c4bf6bb9c5efb9cb2c122af4dc00bbd58b2ee7cb0d8b6f2

11331 satoshi's for a 226 byte transaction comes to 50 satoshi per byte. That's a decent fee, altough https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ teaches us you should have added 100 satoshi's per byte for a 90% chance of getting in the next couple of blocks.

This being said, you still have a 90% chance of getting your tx confirmed within the next 500-ish minutes.

These threads always make me scratch my head!  Using Electrum with the default tx fee paid I have never experienced this.  Tons of transactions over time.  I want to learn why because I know better than to think I am just lucky.  Usually I'll end up with 20 confirmations in a few hours, and many times more!

I suppose it always comes down to sub-par fees being offered.

the same question? trasaction is pending

529804c3eea41407ea97ec1d93181a60222ce84cab96b7d2f81485856c83eb2d

blockchain unconfirmed

The answer won't change. It is the same situation.

It will get confirmed at least in 2 days or smth. If not, the coins will be returned. No need to worry about. If you want to be sure of your transactions to be confirmed, then don't pay the minimum fee, pay the suggested one.

thanks a lot man, really pro answer!

Something weird happened now. In some mysterious way the btc I sent to Electrum got back to where I sent them from...  Huh

I shall try to re-send them to my Electrum wallet again.

Was it not maybe 'pending' and rejected due to a fee that was too low? You can try again but make sure that you include a fee appropriate to the transactions otherwise it might get stuck as 'pending' again, if that was the problem.

I don't know how low is too low? I'm new to this. But now the status says it's been payed but the date says pending and that it's unconfirmed. Perhaps I shall wait a bit?

I've asked it before, if we can have the tx id, we can help you by looking at the transaction... In electrum, right click on the pending, or payed amount in the history tab, copy ID to clipboard, paste it in a post, and we can look at it right away.

Its confirmed now, so it cant be "back". Try closing and reopening electrum to see if it appears now.

Thanks Smiley
This transaction was just included in a block, so it has one confirmation. Sometimes, it takes 10-12 confirmations before vendors accept the transfer, but you can rest assured: the bitcoins are transferred Smiley

Everything looks fine, so there is no need to re-send these coins!

Check other block explorers if it's there. The pending will disappear after a confirmation. If you do not find that transaction on other block explorers, you need to rebroadcast it.

Hi. I need some help.

I sent some btc to my Electrum wallet. It's been over 2 days and I still haven't received them. The status say it's still pending. I don't know why it's happening because the other transactions went through quickly.
I have closed the wallet and re-opened it and tried to switch server but still. Also on blockchain it says it's been sent.

I don't know what else to do. Does somebody have any ideas?

Thanks!
