Do you see this on the Send tab?
If Electrum-RVN works the same way as the original Electrum (which I suppose it does) then you will see the unpaid status only when you try to send coins but click on "save" instead of "pay". This will save the transaction as invoice instead of broadcasting the transaction. To solve this (assuming you still want to send the coins to the same address), right click on the transaction then click "pay".
The transaction in question has already been confirmed on the blockchain. You can see it on a block explorer such as this one > https://rvnblockexplorer.com/address/RR5fXXtUuDT8eaf9arTF2Ye2aqbujE1WEp.

Am not a Ledger user but according to Ledger support "RVN accounts cannot be added to Ledger Live". So, nothing will show up on Ledger Live...
I missed this sentence you quoted yesterday. That might actually explain why the transaction never appeared in Ledger Live. To be absolutely certain whether or not it should, you can always check on the Ravencoin Telegram support channel. If you don't have the link, you can find it in the article I shared in my previous post.

Another thing you can do is contact Ledger support and ask them whether or not your RVN transaction history should be visible in Ledger Live or not. Just make sure that you update all the fields in the form properly, especially the "What is your problem?" field. Without that, you won't receive your ticket ID and I am not sure the message gets even sent to Ledger.

It's been 48 hours now and the description still reads "unpaid".

History tab show the amount and the green button is, well, green.
If the funding transaction appears on the History tab and the coins were added to your account' balance then you should be able to spend them.

Have you installed the Bitcoin app on your Ledger hardware wallet as well?
According to https://ravencoin.org/ledger/, the Bitcoin app is also needed.

If you haven't already, read the above guide and see if you maybe missed something or did something differently than what is suggested.

Yep.  Followed it step by step.

It appears that the funds are at the wallet address.  Just can't access them lol.

I'll jump onto the electrum discord on the weekend and see if I can sort it.

If anyone else has any ideas, it's be much appreciated.

Thanks all.

New to RVN and electrum.

I mined some RVN to a nicehash wallet and tried to move it to my Ledger.  I installed Electrum and followed the instructions via the electrum and ledger site.  It's been 48 hours now and the description still reads "unpaid".

Nothing is showing in Ledger Live.

My receiving wallet address is:  RR5fXXtUuDT8eaf9arTF2Ye2aqbujE1WEp

What am I doing wrong lol?

Thanks in advance.
Well,
It's hard to say...

Ravencoin is using a fork of electrum, so i don't know if they edited functionality, or which version they forked (and if they keep patching their forked client). As soon as you stop talking about the official electrum client for bitcoin that has been downloaded from ThomasV's site AND signed by him, all bets are off... There is no telling what they changed (unless you actually dig into the code from their fork)

This being said:
https://ravencoin.network/rvn/address/RR5fXXtUuDT8eaf9arTF2Ye2aqbujE1WEp

It seems address RR5fXXtUuDT8eaf9arTF2Ye2aqbujE1WEp IS funded by transaction https://ravencoin.network/rvn/transaction/7eeb075e58944e3d786ea1016694495aab87464bb859267f1fc26170f34537df

IF their fork is anything like the real electrum, i'd tell you to doublecheck if your electrum was connected to an up-to-date node (green button in the right bottom corner), doublecheck if address RR5fXXtUuDT8eaf9arTF2Ye2aqbujE1WEp was indeed in your electrum's address list and check if you see the same address in ledger live... Did you check electrum's signature?

If I had to follow my gut on this, i'd say that it's either a connection issue, or phishing, or malware, or a fake client

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.  So the address is showing in electrum address list.  The wallet was downloaded via the ledger link.  History tab show the amount and the green button is, well, green.

There's nothing in ledger though.  I have installed the rvn app on the ledger and followed all the instructions but to no avail!
