I checked my LocalBitcoins account a few days ago looking to buy BTC.  For some reason there was a balance of 0.0028.  I then transferred to my personal wallet.

The transaction has only had one confirmation, just sitting there for several days.

Looking at the details there is one Input and four Outputs.

Will this transaction eventually verify?

Try disabling the Auto-connect option in settings and then restart the client. New version of the client is on the way.
Did as suggested, nothing changed.

Played around with tabs and clicked "Open" under "File" then clicked on the file and it verified with 600+ confirmations.

Thanks, this just helped me a LOT! I was worried.

Just experienced this bug in 1.9.8 portable

The workaround described (File > Open) worked for me. I opened another wallet, then opened the original wallet from File > Open and the transaction showed the confirmations.
For me, in order to fix it I had to aply both fixes.
1. File-> Open -> default_wallet
2. delete blockchain headers file

Deleting the block_headers in the .electrum directory to download it again does correct the unverified issue

Tried the "default_wallet" trick and it didn't work but deleting the headers did after giving it some time to sync. Thanks for the tip!

I'm having this problem too--all txs after 2/13 show up as unverified with -1 confirmations. Looking up the txs on blockchain.info confirms that they are fine. Tried all the fixes in this thread--didn't work.

The FILE > OPEN > [select "default_wallet"]  trick worked for me after it wouldn't resolve for hours.

Thanks for the tip!

THIS! Worked.

Thank you.

Yep, same issue, all transactions since 17th Feb are showing as unverified.  Nothing I tried has worked.

Issue still exists in 1.9.6, the opening of the default wallet fixed it.

Issue still exists in 1.9.7, the opening of the default wallet DID NOT fix it.

Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem with 1.9.7.

Yep still seeing this in 1.9.7.

This issue should be fixed in 1.9.3 - Win/Mac builds will be available some time this week.
