Your question is hard to understand. There is no such thing as "portfolio". Can you please explain the issue with more detail and less caps?

If you still have the seed/private keys you can restore your wallet/addresses with it/them. If you don't have any of those and have not backed up your wallet file then your bitcoins are lost.
