thanks for that, can you give me an example for the .0025 btc transfer how much fee it will require ?
I hope that you did not waste your time as a lot of evaluations[1] [2] indicate that the site is practicing a lot of dark things, for example, ask for a higher withdrawal fee than the network fees.
Don’t be surprised by further restrictions before you can withdraw your profits.
Their Hashpower Locations seem suspicious, they display imagery and imaginary places.

What I heard from other genesis mining users on reddit their fee is always set to low priority it means that your transaction might longer to confirmed.
I can't find how much but according to them you can find the fee under the contract.

If you don't want to pay a fee for withdrawal transaction choose the Monero payout just like what they said.

that is kind of a red flag about something that is using the term "mining" in its description!
none of the miners pay any fees when they are making a payment like this. instead they created the transaction with zero fee and mine it themselves. all the mining pools payments that i have seen so far are like this!
if they are paying fee, it may mean they don't even have any hashrate to mine any block and have been running a Ponzi scheme!

Cloud mining is rarely profitable for users. The general perception in the community is that it is a scam.

If you wanted to send that transaction from a normal wallet, it would cost you 0.00000384 BTC (1 input; 1 output; 2 sat/byte). However, cryptocurrency related services usually charge a flat fee for withdrawals. You should ask genesis-mining about that. I couldn't find any information on their FAQ page; it should be available on the withdrawal page for registered users.

It depends on the number of unconfirmed transactions and the fee set by genesis-mining. The fees have been low for some time now so the withdrawal transaction should be confirmed in just a few blocks (there is about 10 minute interval between each block). It could even get confirmed in 10 minutes if nothing changes.

Enter your transaction hash into one of the many blockchain explorers, I like blockchair.com.  Find your recieving address, then make sure it's listed in the address tab of your Electrum wallet.  You can search for your address by hitting Ctrl+F.

I received my mined points is this a regular issue? I have here the transaction ID's of those sent mined points from my miner to my electrum wallet

How many confirmations does the transaction have? You can check it here. It should have been confirmed by now. If the destination address is the same as the one in your wallet then your wallet can't synchronise with the network for some reason. What's the color of the dot in the bottom-right corner?

By the way, you are talking about coins; not mining points. Nobody uses such a term.
