Thanks fo solving this issue! The wallet works fine with Electrum-LTC 3.3.8.1 Smiley
How obvious afterwards...

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
If the address mentioned came from the new wallet you made (probably electrum ltc) and the error shows when you're going to send from the old wallet, I bet there's something wrong with the old version of ltc, download and install the new version of electrum ltc and import your seed/private key there, or copy the wallet file from the root folder of the old electrum ltc and paste it to the new one.

I think this address is a Litecoin address:

Check it out at https://blockchair.com/litecoin/address/LVhe3m3p8RqqWYagk3DXdmfJurLNQKbSU9

That's a litecoin address and is holding 1.04 LTC.
And the old wallet you are referring to isn't electrum wallet. That's Electrum-LTC 2.9.3.1.

For opening your wallet, download the latest version of electrum-ltc (which is a fork of electrum).

I have an outdated Electrum wallet (version 2.9.3.1) from which I want to transfer the amount to a new Electrum wallet.

I created a new wallet (legacy option) with the latest version of Electrum.

Opening the old wallet from within the new wallet triggers an error:

BitcoinException('invalid bitcoin address: LVhe3m3p8RqqWYagk3DXdmfJurLNQKbSU9')

Alternatively, transferring the total amount to a receiving addresses of the new wallet throws an error on the receiving address:

'Invalid lines found'

Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
