if we are looking at it from traders perspective,i do not really dare to say it will moving up.
because as we can see this project has been pumped for more than 2 months already.
and right now it should be moving down,
about their technology ? i do not really know about it,because they're very rarely talking about this.
it's a little bit quite compared to those project such as OCN and TRX.
all of them got pumped pretty hard this months already,but it's very quite compared to OCN and TRX.

It is a solid project that we will be much more likely to have in the future. The price is still cheap in my opinion.
Good coin, quality team, I believe ELF Will develop in the coming future, like TRX, EOS.

I think Its a great coin for long term, because they are working very active and the investors/backers behind it (like you said) are really heavy.
