USA have all the gold but even UK cryptocurrency restrictions are allready hard now they don't have even gold but instutions and wealthy off course they got better conditions to exit of fiat and stock market.
The UAE have more gold than the US but the UK cryptocurrency restriction was mainly to protect their government interest although the citizen interest is also included.
