100 MB upload for 0.001 BTC? That's damn low. My ISP charges $5 for 1 GB and 100 MB upload would cost about $2-$2.5 (about 300-400 MP would be consumed). Your 30 cents would be of no use.

you can zip two files with 500 wallpapers in each or 5 zip files with 200 wallpapers in it.It is your choice how many wallpapers you want to put in one zip file but file size of any file must not exceed 100 mb

If you Google,you can find zip files of wallpapers in various sizes.I can't download and then upload it on my hosting with my phone thats why I need help.My host supports email upload so if I have that file on my email,I can upload it via email

I could do this as well but the problem is the fee your going to pay as it's very minimal in compare to the required effort for this job...the challenge here is to make those 1000 HD wallpapers less than 100 mb which it could be done but it needs 1 by 1 done (lowering of the sizes) meaning it's going to take so much time so I suggest to either upgrade your hosting plan or pay higher for this to be done

I don't think he can reduce the size or the quantity of the images because as above posts I think OP is trying some CPA or PPD campaigns .

0.001 is not very much to pay someone who trawls the internet for images for you phone. Could you do 0.1? or at beset, 0.01, because 0.001 is basically nothing.

I can not increase the size of file because the upload limit of 1 file at my hosting is 100 mb.
