@live and @hotmail you have to manually add the site to whitelist or it won't even appear in your spam. I had the same issue.

Can I ask you which email provider are you using (gmail, outlook, gmx, mail, etc..)? Have you checked the 'spam' aka junk folder in your email address?A lot of times these type of email are "discarded" and send to those folders.
Edit: is this the account (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/primeate-488177 I suggest you to create a new one instead to recover the access of it (if you will can't recover it).
