Then I saw that another person added my video. I wrote a bounty to the manager and they banned him and marked him with a red light.

You had plagiarized videos on your YouTube account. Even if it's not you behind either of those accounts, then they just submitted your plagiarized videos.

It’s not my fault that they left. Judging what kind of videos they sent me, this is not surprising. They retired so that I could not demand their money back for these videos.

How do you know who is who, maybe EMAKA OKOLI is kingflash and darrenwgray saw their youtube video and applied before them, or maybe they are neither of them, maybe someone else used kinglfash's and darrenwgray's data to apply. For example, kingflash joined both twitter and facebook campaign and they received stakes for it but I couldn't find their application post for youtube campaign.

I think that kingflash is   another bounty scammer and that he is just copying other  bounty hunter videos. He submitted videos with his alts entosat, addoadda, sholatmau and nanicjubeg, and all those accounts most likely used someone else's videos.

Only positive match I see is under #84, it is account Kingflash but they are banned from campaign.

Is darrenwgray your alt that you used for KitToken bounty submission? And if not , which one you used for that submission?

They changed description on video account yakin102 posted. Yakin said it is EMEKA OKOLI's video so it can't be plagiarism by account EMEKA OKOLI, in case of plagiarism, it is actually irrelevant who published what first, author is important.

Just because bounty managers didn't notice your plagiarism, doesn't mean that it is ok to do it, or that they are fine with it. From what i can see in KitToken bounty spreadsheet, you didn't get any stakes/tokens for your plagiarism. I marked original video submission  green, and yours yellow.

It is not plagiarism if you create video meme and then you create another video meme and change few words. You can't plagiarise yourself.

EMEKA OKOLI said that they created both videos so you can't tag them because someone posted their video, unless you have proof that EMEKA OKOLI's video is created by someone else and they are presenting it as their own.

My logic tells me they are alt accounts so if that is the case it is not plagiarism, if they are friends and friend tried to claim reward for himself then it is plagiarism, if friend posted video for EMEKA OKOLI then it is not plagiarism.

I just don't see here case of someone presenting someone else's work as their own. Even if it is plagiarism, why would you tag person who created video and not tag person who took that video? Doesn't make much sense. Whole topic and tag was about that video.

Problem with evidence is that they sometimes disappear. Whoever reads thread will see that something was there, some excuses but not really solid evidence.

In that post it is obvious that he took someone else's voiceovers, combined with his video and shared on his YouTube channel. And he did that for 2 separate bounties, Athero and KitToken. Plagiarism, therefore I tagged him. After my discoveries, he deleted those videos from his channel.

May I step in for a second and ask if someone uses bunker scene from movie Downfall, would anyone look at it as a plagiarism? I don't think so.

I had 2 red trusts. A man deleted 1 red trust because he did not find evidence that I was a cheater. And the second person does not want to remove the red trust because he has started all this and it is not convenient for him to step back. If we went to court with this, then Rikafip could not prove that I was cheating.

You need to open a topic here in the reputation section bring out all the details and ask from the community to give you an opinion about your red trust.

First you received 10 merits from Embat that made you Member. What is interesting about Embat  is that he has been already tagged by 2 members  for merit abuse and cheating bounty campaign with alts.
After that, you gave 5 merits to yan.s.var. That account is alt of previously banned member and is waiting to be banned as well, with few other accounts connected . I reported ban evasion here. It is not a surprise that Embat gave merit to few of those accounts as well.

Emeka did mention that he/she paid freelancers to create a video for him/her then submitted them for bounties. The freelancers were probably responsible for the plagiarism.

It's a case similar to those projects with plagiarized whitepapers. They also claim they hired someone else to write for them.

I deleted the video because they turned out to be a scam. I have been waiting for payments for a year but haven’t received them. And these videos were made for me by different freelancers that I paid.

You need to prove that EMEKA OKOLI stole the video/content from someone else for this to be considered plagiarism ,  and for this to work you need yakin102  to actually complain and say  " EMEKA OKOLI stole my work" which is not going to happen because apparently EMEKA OKOLI is yakin102 , and yakin102 is EMEKA OKOLI  .

You might argue that yakin102 doesn't have to do that , because EMEKA OKOLI could have used the work of Steven Spielberg and Steven Spielberg wouldn't come here to complain , that makes sense, but the moment EMEKA OKOLI posts here using his "friend" account yakin102 and says that was his own work, this case is closed as far as plagiarism/ban is concerned.

as for tagging the user for having an alt or using the same video twice, it's hard to judge , I don't tag alts unless they try to scam , if this user have not participated in the same contest using two different accounts , I don't think a negative is deserved, but hey that is just me, I am sure many others will have a different opinion.

Sorry to let you down, you did a great job out there, I have no doubt that EMEKA OKOLI is yakin102 and he is the typical shitposter , bounty/contest hunter which the forum would do much better without, but really, you can't make this a perfect place, this isn't a perfect world after all.

it's quite interesting, assuming those are plagiarized / stolen , I think you should report them to Youtube so that they ban his account or delete those videos or whatever they do for these kind of cases , ,I don't think "mistakes" made outside the forum are judged by the mods here, but you can try to take this case to meta and see what the mods have to say.

I didn’t do the last videos myself, I ordered them from people on freelance and paid them $ 10 for 1 video. And the last video I myself did for many hours; I spent it invented a script and cut the frames from the film. You judge me for the latest videos and everything was honest there.

Imho, @Yakin102 should have mentioned in his  Bitsler submission from where he took that video.

I have played both videos repeatedly and it is true that the text used is the same, just replacing Bitsler into Roobet
Font face and font size that are used are also the same, maybe they use the same template or indeed they are the same person

What happened:  @EMEKA OKOLI  submitted video as part of Roobet  contest. But what he did was, he used idea from another contest, Bitsler YouTube/FanArt. In that contest @yakin102 submitted his video, and @EMEKA OKOLI basically copied his work.

As can you see, Yakin102 used some kind of russian commercial, added captions and bitsler graphics, and week later EMEKA OKOLI used same video and same captions that were made by yakin102, with a few changes-he removed Bitsler graphics and added Roobet.


Another interesting thing: Since creation of account in 2016 , EMEKA OKOLI didn't write a single post in Russian language, and then suddenly after password change on 13.12 2018, he suddenly started writing in Russian. Seems like sold account.
