For all the reasons, there is a simple rule - only accept loans if there is collateral , and one should be able to get around %50 of the collateral....

Update, didnt get the loan. The buy on bitfinex finally went through and we dont need the loan. And as to the scamming charge, just wait and see. If anyone is in need of bitcoins in NYC dont hesitate to call us.

I have four credit cards (total credit line available ~25k) in my name and four bank accounts, three of them corporate and one personal as collateral. plus they have my passport and address.
