The TV show, I didn't see it as debate, because it had all the characteristics of a soap opera with the exclusive purpose people watch the TV and go to vote. Both candidates are not worth the presidency of France. It is sure that French do not want Macron, but they will vote against of Le Pen. It would be very interesting if the polls in favor of  Macron would be overturned.

Both were convincing during the latest debate, but I am not surprised by the positive coverage the MSM is pouring on Macron. The latest opinion polls show him winning the second round by 59% vs 41%. So his victory is almost assured, although a very low turnout can brighten the prospects of Le Pen.
I want to disagree with you. All public opinion polls showed the French the victory of the Macron in the debate with results of 63% to 37% for Le pen. Do you think this situation "Both were convincing during the latest debate"? Be realistic and learn how to accept defeat.

Candidate of centrist Emmanuel macron was more convincing than the far-right marine Le Pen during key debates that took place on Wednesday.
This is evidenced by the results of a public opinion poll, which was conducted by the sociological service of Elabe for the TV channel BFM TV, reports Reuters.
About 63 percent of people polled by sociologists, has recognized Makron more compelling than Le Pen.
A Pro-European former Minister of economy also said two-thirds of people in the first round of presidential elections in France voted for Jean-Luc mélenchon of the ultraleft, and 58% of those who supported the conservative françois Fillon. During the final televised debate Le Pen called Him "a candidate wild of globalization, instability, Uber-ization, the plundering of the economy by big business".
In turn, the 39-year-old politician has thrown their rivals "strategy of lies" and called her the true heiress to her father Jean-Marie Le pen, known for his anti-Semitic and xenophobic views. Le Pen once again called for improved relations with Russia. She called Russia a "great country" with which France has no reason to "cold war". She fully worked out 9 million euros which gave her Putin for image promotion
