Hello, I would like to say that the problem you faced is an empty hot wallet. When the hot wallet can't handle the amount, the withdraw is queued. We just topped up, apologies for the delay in processing your withdraw.

After 7 hours withdraw processed looks like it was just a maint thing (TG).
Can't withdraw is it another exchange theft or technical problem?
It is probably technical problem. I talked with them numerous times and they seem like a nice guys.
