Don't pull someone else down because you want to promote your own website c-cex have been doing fine with me perhaps you check your internet speed.

yeah, i agree with you. their UI was good for me. support is really nice to. compare to c-cex they better than.
maybe they need more huge marketing. like signature campaign, acitive on this forum, active on social media like fb and twitter, add refferal system, bonus for new members, etc.
