The 10% of premine is not a big quantity, considering that the 7% goes to the distribution through tokens, as we are not listed yet, this tokens are like our exchange.
So, 7% goes to general public and the other 3% is dedicated to the starting kick of the coin, airdrops and publicity, that in the current market with so many coins out there, is hard to get in on the market even if the coin is a good product.
Besides, premined coins are not a bad idea, what about TRON, STELLAR, RIPPLE, Iota, etc? This coins has 100% premined

If Bitsum wants to stop network during a long time without more details to people, they will have some reason for that... but it sound strange. It seems to me like a centralized network... BitsumCash wants to improve those problems.
