If I were to encrypt a wallet, the most noticeable difference to me would be that I would have to enter a password each time I accessed the wallet, is that correct?  Does that mean that I'd have to use a password to view a data-file backup too? Also, if my computer totally crashed could I just download the wallet program on another computer and use the data file backup on my memory stick to start up my old wallet again with all my coins?
