Indeed, it was the worst thing in the first wave crisis that bitcoin experienced a drastic drop of 3k and is now a 30k high over the next 2021.
Covid-19 still cannot be ascertained when we will end before experiencing a great financial crisis due to not being able to carry out any activities the spread of Covid-19 continues to spread, therefore I can only remain silent and continue to work in the world of cryptocurrencies that can change my finances into better.

At the beginning of the year I expect full high prices but I will do my best to hold btc up to high scores.

I think the worst thing for 2020 was the covid 19 virus which badly effected the world where many people lose their lives and also caused financial crisis in the world.
On the other hand, the bitcoin surprised everyone and was on all time high on 31 December. No one would have though bitcoin at these levels at the start of 2020.

Sorry mate I forgot Lauda, also I mention covid because how it might also lead to how lots of people now are realizing bitcoin and cryptocurrency, I mean when there is no covid only a few are interested in cryptocurrency but when covid spread lots of people became interested, also seen my friends who are really never like crypto suddenly bought a lot, time really flies back when days where bitcoin is like 13k USD, he will ignore me if I say anything about bitcoin but now, it's different

Yeah you can actually feel the positive things happened last 2020 if you you are a crypto investor but for those simple people who solely lives on working then I doubt they could see the good last year. Which is really understandable because they are greatly affected by the domino effect produced by the pandemic.

That's the other reason I could think of why btc continue to pump. Some people decided to join the boat after they heard that it already reaches its new ath. Just hoping they won't regret in the end.

And for 2021, I hope my holdings keep on growing especially that I might badly need it in the future. You know, making preparations if ever the new strain of corona virus invade our country (knock on the wood).

There are so many things that happened in the year 2020, maybe that was the worst year so far I ever had because of so many crises all over the world which causes a big impact on many people despite those negative things, we have still seen good things on it, we have seen the great movement for the value of bitcoin, it also gives us time to bond with our family which is good for us, this pandemic brought that thing to my life which makes me realized how good to spend your time with your love ones.

In my opinion the bad happened in the physical world and the good happened in the virtual world. 2020 has taught us what family means and how to stay mentally healthy, when you are stuck in your house for more than 90 days. For me there was a lot of learning from 2020 and I expect 2021 to be much better for me and this community. Stay safe and stay healthy.

2020 taught us that we should always be strong in whatever situation we are in life. Not just about crypto but economically, financially, environmentally or shall we say globally:

Covid taught us to be socially distanced from other people at least for specific meters (6m). With that, vaccine has been created, many pharma companies rush to lead the first vaccine. However, new strains of covid has been discovered on parts of UK and other countries. Perhaps, these were how viruses worked - they mutated and adapted.

Bitcoin taught us to look at its potentially undervalued price. With that it took bullish price action. And created Ath to ath... Many people now becomes attracted to invest in bitcoin.

Climate change taught us that we need to take care of our mother nature. With that,  it showed that man is not only the species that can destroy - its our loving Earth too. That is why people effectively focused on environmental issues and submit laws to preserve and protect environment. We adapted...

To sum up these three, we learnt that no matter what, we should adopt on certain things happened to us whether we like it or not. No matter how we wanted it, things always happen for a reason.

And 2021 might be the same again... So welcome 2021

You can also include the boom and era of decentralized governance tokens which sprout and started from uniswap. Decentralized finance seems to be accelerating as many of those others dex have been follow footstep.

It seems this thread is a collection of events that really been talk of the town these days. Well I am overwhelmed with Bitcoin ATH and launched of eth2.

Both altilly.com and livecoin.net exchanges have been hacked during the last one or two weeks.  Livecoin's website was hacked, recovered and hacked again while altilly seems to have been hacked, funds stolen, then the website puts a halt to trades.

I haven't heard of any other disasters befalling Forum members, but I'm sure they'll come to light soon enough.

The year 2020 has changed everyone's life, from normal to new normal but also open its way to many opportunities, and ways to earn for our daily life
Here are some of the list that happens in 2020

Covid 19
- Although the covid start December 2019 the virus spread to the world in the Year 2020 where we almost spend our lives at home
- A new variant of covid has been discovered hoping that this will not spread or just disappear for the good of humanity
- I should say that covid also help cryptocurrency be more widely known because we are looking for better and cashless payment and transfer
where we don't need to go out of our homes etc.

Bitcoin
Bitcoin has reached its all-time high this year, another milestone for cryptocurrency from 2017 ATH we have recorded another one after 4 years, we are still a long way and believe still room for growth.

2020 is really a combination of great and bad happenings in the world

I also received bad things this year like my account banned two times, but it's because of my mistake and I learn from it, also fail in investing
but I think the one thing that 2020 taught us is to never give up, learn from mistakes, and keep pushing forward be strong.
Last year also became a Sr. Member, so I think even though it's hard we still accomplish things that we are still proud of
