the draw begins with the first block found in the BGL network whose time stamp is greater than or equal to Sunday, July 11 12-00 PM UTC
the last 2 digits are stripped from the hash of the block found, excluding the letters
if the number found is not reserved by any user, the last 2 digits from the next block after the number found continue to be withdrawn. And so on until the winner of that prize is determined
once the winner of the $5BGL prize is determined, a draw is held to follow the same pattern for the $15BGL $30BGL prize and the grand prize of $50BGL
so the lottery continues until all four winners are determined
winning participants continue to participate in the current round next

after the final results have been published, the winning participants will send me PM their BGL addresses to receive their prizes
