How To Play:

Once the countdown concludes the top bid of each Ticket is locked. The winning bid wins that Ticket.
Once the Ticket is locked the winner of each Ticket will reply with the txID of your transaction.
Once all Tickets are paid for I will select 1 future mined block that will determine the winner.
