My Review:

1. Using first time playing casino Playgram for gambling through telegram app was great experience my first impression was amazing when i test this platform. This is not my first time experience to review a casino site. My first impression of this casino is great. Activating an account at the casino using only a telegram account is very simple and I am quite satisfied with how it works. I sent a deposit, of $10 in Ethereum. The transaction was confirmed by the network, but for an hour now, the deposit has not appeared in my Playgram account.
How long does it take to process the deposit?

Update:
I contacted support regarding the problem with the deposit. After a few minutes I received a direct communication, however, the matter had to go to a higher department, so I had to wait a while. After some time, funds appeared in my account.
I did not receive any explanation from support, nor a notification that the deposit was successfully completed. I assume that everything is done manually. I don't know what the cause was, but I wouldn't speculate, certainly if there is a problem the team knows about it now, so I believe they will correct it so that things don't become more complicated when the platform has more users/deposits.

I have tested several games and here I am also positively surprised that everything works quite well (although my current internet connection is quite weak).
I still couldn't start one game "Millionaire" (On both, desktop and mobile)

I have no complaints on the Platform UI All of the tabs are simple and straightforward forward your never going to have a problem or somehow getting confuse playing unlike some other casino out there,

• I won a round in the first set of games I played but it was not showing on the summary page.
  
• I noticed that some games will require users to set their usernames even though we already have names in the profile. I don't know the reason for this but seems boring to me.

Conclusion

MY PLAYGRAM REVIEW

Here's my review:

1st - Late telegram deposit notification - it was late for more than 24 hours, but my deposit already reflected in my account so I was able to play immediately.


2nd - Welcome offer about 25 VIP Spins first $50 deposit.
I must not see this banner anymore because I already received it when I deposited at first after I created my account, this could lead for some confusion and some customer will think it's still active and they will try and may become pissed or complaint about it.


3rd - Currency preference.
It's much better to be able to change the current preference. Because I experienced that when I was playing already, most of the game showed EURO currency, I needed USD or my local currency.


4th- Provider selection.

It has been a wonderful experience using the Playgram platform and this was actually my first time gambling via through telegram, however I deposited using USDT Trc20, though my initial plan was to deposit using Bitcoin but because of the fee I had to use the USDT Trc20, however what interest me during the deposit was how fast it was because it was barely two minutes after my deposit and was credited on my Playgram account.

On any site I use, the first thing I do is read the terms and conditions before proceeding, so one thing I like about the terms and conditions is that it restricts people under the age of 18.
