I don not think the human vermin with low IQ represent the majority of English citizens. They are usually from an underclass of ignorant mentally lazy and in some cases psychologically infirm or substance addicted type. These are mainly the lesser class of useful idiot used as cannon fodder when there are wars to be fought however there would also be slightly more clever types among them who manipulate the younger louts into this behaviour through organised "firms" that would also engage in criminal activity. A degenerate subclass unfortunately too pervasive in English society today although you will get these types of underclass in many countries with in general similiar cultures. Italy too has its fair share of hooligans but yes the English ones are notoriously known as scum.

I am an Italian-Norwegian American> 3 grandparents from Italy and 1 from Norway.

England has now lost European Cup Finals against a very courageous italian team. Congratulations Italy!
It was a very hard game where England had an unfair advantage for playing at home, hosted by full fans despite a high number of Coronavirus cases which can be considered illegal advantage. In a time of huge cases, it should not be allowed to invite so many english fans just because England wants to win. England was punished righfully by Karma today!
Italy still was playing better despite disadvantage because unfair England fans were booing often.
Like against Denmark, english hooligans made a very rude attempt to fight Italy.
It's a great service from Italy to win against England after so much unfair agitation was brought out by UEFA organizers. Next duel is in Quatar which is also a corrupt state.
