MultiBit has a bounty for translating to Arabic:

The bounty total received will be paid proportional to the amount of translations completed.

The bounty just got set up today but probably will grow a little over the next days.  The bounty cumulative total can be seen here:

JeromeS performed a complete translation of www.bitcoinnordic.com in about one day. After I had paid him he even reviewed the site and made sure everything looked right.

As I don't understand Arabic myself I can't personally attest to the quality of the translation, but I had another Arabic speaker read his translation and she assured me of the quality. I can highly recommend JeromeS!

Just thought I'd put this here in case anyone wants something translated from Arabic to English or vice versa.

I'll translate anything that takes less than 5 minutes for free. For bigger jobs, send me a PM with the text/details and I'll give you a price.

Here's a gig.  Bitcoin Nordic needs text translation:

hawala is the term referring to the informal value transfer system, like a western union, but not the same: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hawala

a hawalder is a hawala exchanger, like the equivalent of a local western union agent

because this is informal, and generally no records are kept or reported, hawala is deemed illegal: http://www.newsday.com/iranian-convicted-of-illegally-sending-money-1.3814638

but with bitcoin, there is really no need for hawala.   the sender can buy bitcoins and send them to a family member or whomever.  the hold up is that the hawalders haven't discovered bitcoin yet and are still doing it the hard way.

I see. Thanks for explaining !

OK, so the right translation is
Quote
وكلاء الحوالة,
هل أنتم مازلتم تعيشون في الألفية الماضية ؟
لا تدع أحد يملي عليك ما تفعله. إستخدم بتكوين المرة القادمة.
or
Quote

لا تدع أحد يملي عليك ما تفعله. إستخدم Bitcoin المرة القادمة.
same thing, except with the English word for bitcoin because it's more easy to understand this way. (doesn't display like it's supposed to in left-to-right text though. the last line reads "next time Bitcoin be your own boss use" Roll Eyes)

I assumed "hawalders" is someone's nickname here on the forum (no capitalization, didn't sound like an Arabic name) so I just transliterated it. Is that right or did I make a mistake ?
