I am not good in English and I don't know which part of my sentence is wrong grammar but my willingness to learn is great. What I don't understand is why there are few members here complaining for someone's post with wrong grammar as if creating such post is the biggest problem in this forum. For me it would only be reasonable if Theymos is the one who are complaining.

I believe shitposters are different compare to someone who has poor grammar but willing to learn and contribute.

I'm not an English major but that is how I would rewrite your post.  The original is very wordy... also never start sentences with "and".
This is a myth. You certainly can start a sentence with a coordinating conjunction (and/or etc).

If we're being honest I don't see many people around here complaining about people using poor English skills. I definitely acknowledge that there are a very small minority of users that get upset about this kind of thing, but regularly they are hypocrites; being awful at English, themselves. I wouldn't worry a great deal about anyone judging your English skills. The entire point of communicating in a common language is to get whatever idea or information is in your head into my head; as long as you are able to do that, then I'd say you are speaking English successfully. Your English is not that well-spoken, but I can still understand what you are trying to so for the most part. Of course, it is always a good thing to attempt to improve yourself in anyway you see fit. Anyone that has "scolded" you, is probably an asshole.

The best way to learn English is to speak it, reading it will be a good way to grasp a foundational flow of the language, however books will not complete your journey into fluent English.

I posted many posts in the forum and most of me have been scolded for limited English.
and decided to learn English to improve his skills, as well as contribute to quality articles.
Hope that helps me to get good skills as well as build more quality posts.
And if someone reads my post, there is an error from somewhere please help me point out where to correct it.
There is always motivation for someone to improve their skills and I want to share it with those who are learning:

I have been scolded many times on this forum for having limited English, so I have decided to improve my skills along with contributing quality articles.  I hope this will help myself as well as others to have better English speaking skills which will lead to higher quality posts.  If someone reads my posts and it contains errors, please point out the mistakes.  Motivation can help all of us on this journey.

Thank you for reminding me, I'll fix it, I'm in the process of learning
