it is possible but it is still too quick to say that the project will immediately be in demand even if it has a fairly good development.
let's say the initial increase is 100%.then will see the next step from the project.

I think for a long time or rather right from inception, Enjin has been one of the first if not the first platform to start works on NFT and its features, they have been around working on it, but owing to the fact NFT is yet to break even in the crypto space, it then looks as if Enjin is hardly heard of. But nowadays that NFT is picking up momentum gradually with many upcoming projects working on it, Enjin will now be on the forefront sooner than later. In the same way, another attributes which makes Enjin to stand out is their partnerships with good companies which you rightly stated. Nevertheless, I am not really much into predictions, therefore $2 might look hard to come by when comparing with the current price from coinmarketcap, but however $1 might look achievable if the market continues being bullish.

I want to be happy with this because I'm currently holding quite a bit of ENJ for I think a year already but....

It has been there for a long time but I don't hear them in anything that is related to gaming. Either way, there is a recent good news coming from them that they are being accepted in Japan IIRC. I don't expect too much for ENJ too.

ENJ has been around for a long time. I played a few of their games and have some of the tokens they airdropped in the beginning. The problem is that despite the vibrant community, they haven't been able to return the sort of value that they could have, especially with being one of the oldest players in the NFT market.

The promised Efinity blockchain never materialized. They have also not been able to push ERC-1155 standard (which they came up with) into the current NFT market. The Gitcoin grants and Kudos are all ERC-721. They could have been a great use case. Even then, being the first game token to be approved in Japan should mean plenty. There have been plenty of misses and a few hits but they are here for the long run, that we can agree.

I wouldn't advice anybody to buy the token for speculation though. Its not for you if you aren't an artist, a game dev or a gamer trying to form a community and showcase your skills.

It's a very interesting thing to see that and is that mean the real estate will be converted into the NFT form that can be used as proof of ownership for the buyers? I have never seen this before as the majority of real estate projects were focusing on the market creation for the real estate. It looks like we will see the NFT market for real estate.
This is very interesting to see that.

If the market says this is what it worth there is nothing you can do about it, I think any project is undervalued or overvalued, ENJ has had its time to be the leading project in the NFT space but has not delivered anything significant. If I am to rate projects in NFT space today, ENJ won't be in top 3.

This coin is clearly undervalued, it will be worth $1 in the coming weeks.

what are your top 3 NFT projects?

Not into NFT right now, but as far as ENJ, they have been in crypto sphere for years now isn't it?

And so far it's been a lot of ups and downs from this project, I remember that it was one of the coins that are going to be supported by Samsung mobile wallet years ago so I don't know what happen after that. And it's quite surprising to hear the ENJ is also a leading project for NFT which has slowly gaining some traction in the last couple of months as well.

So let's see if ENJ can capture this young but upcoming NFT space.

Enjin is currently one of the only projects with working technology that plans to use NFT's to tokenize fractionalized real estate assets. This has long been a dream in the crypt0 world and so far no one has really been able to bring something like this to the real world. Enjin is positioning itself as a first mover in this market with their recent partnership announcement:

Not to mention they have numerous other partnerships with companies like Microsoft and have working NFTs in Minecraft launching THIS MONTH.
