Bitcoin = Financial freedom
ViaBTC accelerator services will require payment for their services, so it's not free. Yeah, it's not worthwhile unless your amount is small or if you're tight on cash. For example, if I have a substantial withdrawal, let's say $4k, they might demand almost $500 or even more, which is very high. However, when the amount is low, perhaps below $100, the fee becomes lower.

ViaBTC does offer 100 TXs to be accelerated for free of cost if the size of the TX is below 500bytes and the fee is over 10kb/byte but you can't find a spot in the 100 per hour when the network is congested.

And the fee for acceleration is based on the size of the transaction not based on the value as far as I know and its not really a portion like you said.

For example, look at this below,

We can still enjoy using low fee for our bitcoin transaction despite the mempool congestion that has resulted to high fee for transactions to be confirmed. ViaBTC free accelerator is what you need, this tool is very easy to use and beginners can use it without any  problem. Viabtc is a mining pool, and when you use their tools, they will iclude your transaction in the next block that they will mine.

Though this information seems to be very helpful but yet the duration of time needed before a transaction with low fee can be confirmed still takes so much time so this method are mostly helpful to people who ain't in a hurry about their transactions being confirmed but for an urgent transaction to be confirmed immediately it still requires a high transactions fee but however, this viaBTC tool will really assist lower fee transactions to be included in the next mining block thereby making transactions not to take much longer than it would have taken without the accelerator

It is because the mempool is congested which makes more people to use the free accelerator.

Everyone is looking for lower transactions and faster confirmation times and in fact half the network accepts and the other half rejects with quite large fee variations as of now.

Even though we know that lower fees may result in slower confirmation times and if we are willing to pay a slightly higher fee the results are still delayed it seems like They are trying to force us to jump.

So you, you have to be very fast with good internet. After an hour, my transaction of 30 sats/ vbytes was confirmed after 9 days of sleeping in the mempool. Cheesy
It is good that your transaction was finally confirmed by ViaBTC after a long time in the mempool, i want to add that ViaBTC free accelerator is congested right now, but that is not how it always is, the free accelerator is very congested right now because the memepool is also very congested and the fee rate is so high. Thus there are too many people who don't want to pay such a high fee, so they would rather use ViaBTC if/when they meet the requirement; when the mempool cools down a little bit, the free accelerator would also become less congested.

I always see the viabtc free accelerator shows 0 free remaining, so I never had a chance to try it. and never try the paid service because I think would be same if we are using RBF or CPFP method

The 100 free hourly slots get filled up quickly. The best time to submit a transaction is at the start of each hour. Whenever I have a transaction pending for a long time I will keep the ViaBTC page open in the background and watch the time closely so I can be one of the first people to submit.

So after waiting for about 9 days of unconfirmed transaction. I did tested the Viabtc accelerator and these are my observations.

Immediately I saw this thread, I tested the accelerator but I keep getting no free submission available, u should try again after an hour and I did again but seems they the 100 free transaction get filled up pretty fast. What I did was, I let it be and follow some suggestions I had in some reply. I waited around 12pm UTC time to test it and I waited exactly 1 minute before the new hour activated.

Immediately I saw 12:00 I refresh the page an I included my transaction and it says successfully included and after when I try to refresh the page again, the remain slots were quickly fill in less than a minute. So you, you have to be very fast with good internet. After an hour, my transaction of 30 sats/ vbytes was confirmed after 9 days of sleeping in the mempool. Cheesy

In my experience and also based on the replies of other users on the forum, the best time is when a lot of the free Accelerator users are asleep and it's even the best time to make transactions as gas fees temporarily go down during those periods.
There is no gas fee in bitcoin. The gas fee is the term used for some altcoins like ethereum.
In bitcoin, we have fee rate and miners prioritize transactions based on the the fee paid for each (virtual) byte of data.

The fee charged by ViaBTC paid service is much higher. It would be so cheaper to use RBF or CPFP method.

What if one unconfirmed transaction is submitted to some different Tx accelerators?

There will be no issue if one is submitting his transaction to different tx accelerators.  At the end of the day, it will be confirmed once one of those accelerators pick up your transaction.  Btw, other that claimed to be accelerators are just rebroadcasting your transaction, they don't do thing like VIABTC did, picking up your transaction once they mine a block.

I guess there will be no issue for mining pools that provide tx accelerators to avoid technical issues like chain reorganization with appearance of unconfirmed transactions submitted to their tx accelerators.

I believe there will be no issue since if your tx has been picked up by one of the accelerator miners, it will just return invalid to others (since it is already confirmed) and will just skip your TX ID and go on with its task.

Who knows if they are doing that to make people use more of their paid services because if they continue to help, it will be as if the  are cheating those who are paying high fees for including their transactions in any block they mine successfully.

It's a good service actually. It is already unfair to the new users or users who aren't so rich to spend exorbitant amounts on transactions when it should be naturally be cheaper than the average transaction cost that banks or credit card companies charge. ViaBTC has been doing a noteworthy services and they've been doing it for over a year which is good for the ecosystem.

Is there a particular time to know when they accept unconfirmed transaction in their website because I tried to test some transactions and it's saying  submission are beyond limit all the time.

You should be targeting UK/US timezones for that. Anywhere between 12am UTC to 4am UTC.

They accept 100 transactions for free accelerations per hour. If there is no remaining hourly free transaction, try in the next new hour.

What I know about RBF is that if you don't enable it in your transaction, don't expect to bump your fee regardless of the mode you are using, it will remain unconfirmed for long time until then few comes down.
Some nodes and miners have enabled full RBF in their setting and accept the replacement transaction even if the original one has not been flagged as RBF.
For more information on how you can do so, click here and read the post I made in another thread.

The only drawback for using ViaBTC is having limited number of transactions can be accerelated for each day, so you can't really expect them to able include all of your transactions.

These bitcoin accelerators will be only helpful when someone really messed up when trying to create a TX and broadcasted with the wrong fee and really in need of getting them to be confirmed as soon as possible but they become obsolete since the implementation of RBF and even now non-RBF TX can be broadcasted again with high fees since nodes enabled full RBF features so their paid service may no longer be used by anyone.

If you pay a wrong fee and RBF enable, there service is of no use as it can be bump but you got me confused where you said even Non RBF transaction can be rebroadcasted again since nodes enable full RBF.

AFAIK, ViaBTC doesn't have a limit in the number of transactions you can submit to be broadcasted daily.
Right. There is no registration required for using their free accelerator and there is no way they can know how many transactions have been submitted by the same person at all.
Therefore, there is no limit on the number of transactions can be submitted by a single person.

AFAIK, ViaBTC doesn't have a limit in the number of transactions you can submit to be accelerated daily. They only have a limit of 100 transactions per hour in each day, so it doesn't really matter how many transactions you make daily, so long as you meet their requirements and your transactions are among the 100 for each hour, it would be accelerated.

I wouldn't trust a random website made created a few days ago on Wix being promoted by a newbie. If a website doesn't have details about how they are accelerating transactions, they are either rebroadcasting or doing nothing besides scamming.

Any bitcoin transaction accelerator other than viabtc should be avoided, I've learnt about so many of them, whereas some are not even free, they are doing nothing than to waste your time or eat some from the part of the money you're trying to save or transact, we encourage that members should always work closely by what's being recommended by experienced users who have used and tested them, we have to be careful of not being misguided.

It's not even make sense at all if someone want to use his site because instead of enjoying low transaction fee, we're ended up spend more money lol.

This is nothing but a rip-off offer in the literal sense, because what else can you call these amounts at a time when for approximately $3-$4 you can get confirmation in the next block in max 10-20 minutes. People, don't fall for those cheap tricks - check the fees at https://mempool.space and use wallets that have RBF (replace by fee) option.

What if one unconfirmed transaction is submitted to some different Tx accelerators?
If you have submitted a transaction to multiple accelerators successfully, it will be mined by the one that mines a block faster.

Miners have a candidate block which contains the transactions that will be added to the blockchain if they manage to mine a block.

If you submit a transaction to ViaBTC accelerator, they add your transaction to their candidate block.
Once a block is mined, ViaBTC remove all the confirmed transactions from their mempool and build a new candidate block. If the mined block includes your transaction, it would be removed from ViaBTC mempool and it can't be selected for their candidate block again.

What if one unconfirmed transaction is submitted to some different Tx accelerators?
This is not a problem, nodes will validate the transaction before they add it to their mempool, and if the transaction was submitted to two mining pool accelerators, but has already been mined by one of them, and the block that contains the transaction has been validated by the network and added to the blockchain, then it is already a confirmed transaction that cannot be mined by another pool.
Is ViaBTC pretty much the only free "transaction accelerator" service that actually works? When Googling 'Bitcoin transaction accelerator', a good number of websites appear, but with the entirety of the 2017 bull market, ViaBTC is the only one that actually worked in my case.
Quite a lot of them are a scam or are transaction rebroadcasters and not accelerators. ViaBTC is the only one that is working as a free transaction accelerator.

I remember the times when my transactions were stuck on the blockchain and I didn't know anything yet about the RBF or any type that would help you have a faster confirmation for your TX. I really had a hard time when thinking about it but after a couple of searches, I stumbled upon ViaBTC and it did help me with some of my TX's before and it's awesome.

In addition, even for those so-called "low fees" you currently have to pay about $1, and those so-called "expensive fees" amount to as much as $3. Those who need a quick confirmation do not benefit from this kind of acceleration, considering that the time between Via blocks can be more than 6 hours.
Excellent point because if people have plans, they can avoid more trouble with mempool congestion like they need to sell bitcoin one or two months a round, they can plan to choose good time to send their bitcoins to exchange account and wait for good price to sell it.

Your post wakes me up with a question.

It's incredible how much dust has been raised about fees and everyone is looking for salvation in only one service, even though 99% of those who try to use it fail - either because they don't meet the requirements or they don't even understand what they're doing at all.

I hope people also understand the conditions that must be fulfilled before using viabtc for transactions, using your transactions ID to boost your transactions confirmation time, the kind of wallet you use to help enable change to static and customized your fee to the lowest amount that could be acceptable within the lowest range of 20 sat/vbyte, lastly viabtc is a reliable mining pool that allows for free transaction accelerator and is reliable.

If you want to pay the lowest possible fees, this means that you have to wait until the mining pool is empty. Otherwise, all you will do is pay the lowest possible fees and hope that your transaction will be confirmed in the coming hours. It is better to pay a reasonable fee and use the RBF flag if it is not confirmed. Your transaction is within the time you have estimated. https://mempool.space/ provides a simple interface that enables you to do this.

I think this was a typo error it should be ViaBTC can only accelerate only 100 Free transactions in one hour but they are capable of actually accelerating more if it is not free since one block can contain upto 4,000 transactions in it.
This is an example of a block with more than 5,000 transactions  ---> https://mempool.space/block/000000000000000000004eedb17730d58c6c0db51da0cb8425a273ac01a9910a

In addition to the maximum size of 500 bytes and and the minimum fee rate of 10 sat/byte, there's another requirement too and it's that your transaction must not have any unconfirmed parent.

but they are capable of actually accelerating more if it is not free since one block can contain upto 4,000 transactions in it.
The block size is limited up to 4 million weight units and that can be more than 4000 transactions.

Remember there are enough scam accelerators in google and be careful on the one you don't know. ViaBTC free accelerator is genuine.

There is also binance mining pool I think but I don’t think they do free acceleration like Viabtc. Also people need to be aware that what does fake accelerators just rebroadcast one’s transactions and nothing more it is something that can be done from your own wallet.

after that click on free subscription and you will see if it has been successfully added to the next block. All you need to do after that is to relax and wait for few hours for your transaction to be confirmed.
Free submission, not subscription.

The transaction will be submitted not that it it added to the next block like that, but will be added to a block if ViaBTC has mine a block.

The transaction may be confirmed at anytime, when ViaBTC mine a block next. It can less than some minutes and it may be more than 1 hours.

1. Make sure that you are using a wallet that supports RBF, this will enable adjust the fee to that fee that will be easy for this tool to accelerate your transaction....
Not necessary, you can use a wallet that does not support replace-by-fee, but making sure that you use 10 sat/byte as the transaction fee rate. But replace-by-fee can help you to increase the fee if you use lower than 10 sat/byte fee rate, you can increase the fee.

I said let me share this here as it is already in our local board, which I used yesterday and my transaction went smoothly and confirmed within 6hrs.

Use this link: https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

Steps
After you have made your transaction, you should just copy your txid and paste it on the space..

after that click on free submission and you will see if it has been successfully added to the next block. All you need to do after that is to relax and wait for few hours for your transaction to be confirmed.

Note : For you to use this tool and be successful with it, you must

1. Make sure that you are using a wallet that supports RBF, this will enable adjust the fee to that fee that will be easy for this tool to accelerate your transaction....

2. Your transaction limit should be 500 byte or lower.

3. Use minimum of 10sat/byte and above for your transaction fee, which should be around 19 sat/vbyte for native segwit.

You can check the fee and size of your transaction by pasting your txid on https://www.blockchain.com/explorer.

For people using electrum wallet, it is easy to see your transaction fee and adjust it to the stated fee above. Also I used static because it is easy to make the adjustment, and the fee is also very low on static.

The only challenge that you can have is pasting your txid and after clicking on the free submission, if it does not respond, when you experience such, you should relax till the next 0'clock (i.e if you submitted your transaction by 1.15pm, you have to wait till 2.00pm on dot, and refresh the page and immediately paste your txid and click on the free submission.

Note: ViaBtc can only have accelerate 100 free tansactions in one hour, and the funniest thing is that these 100 transactions will be complete in less than five minutes, this is why you must be vigilante and fast.

Remember there are enough scam accelerators in google and be careful on the one you don't know. ViaBTC free accelerator is genuine.
