Did you tried to get into bios settings , without your ssd connected ?

unplug your pc from the power source , then hit the power button , just like you turn on your pc ...
after this take out the battery for 5-10 minutes ... diconnect your ssd drive , remove any usb stick , any additional video cards , your G4400 cpu have a integrated Intel HD Graphics 510 ... use the integrated hdmi or dvi to connect to your monitor ...
place the cmos battery back , plug the pc to the power source and start you pc , without any hard rive or usb stick connected to it ...

if none of this help you have to option ...
1- RMA the motherboard
2- re-Flash your bios (you have a older bios version 0812 , there is newer one dated to 2017/11/22) , create a bootable flash drive with the bios file on it

Thanks a MILLION. this did the trick for now and I can first time see POST and BIOS installed the windows and YEs signed the petition! Thanks once again!

why you have usb drive conneted ? did you tried to boot into bios without that usb drive connected Huh
are u trying to install windows from the usb drive ?
if yes , go into your bios settings and set that usb as a primary boot device
or maybe during bios post if you hit f8 , that going to bring up the boot menu Smiley

I see no POST, yes usb was for installation of windows. I took it out, I only see blinking cursor, I press F2 and F8 but there is only blinking cursor then the message as shown in the previous pic shows up and it restarts automatically very frustrating, is there any any problem with CMOS battery??

try to do a reset cmos, there should be a button on the motherboard for this, and no donìt flash any motherboard bios, you can render the warranty useless, at worst do an rma

I just got new motherboard. I was stupid not to put the CPU power and did not get any video output so I manually took out the CMOS battery. After that I found my error and reconnected the CPU power. Now it switches on but gives me "Enter Set up to recover BIOS error". After pressing F1 it goes blank as I did not install Windows. It goes on  boot loop.

How to fix this? do I need to manually flash the BIOS? I get the following picture

I have not installed Windows so it is looping. What are the possibel solutions? MB is Asus z270P , RAM is crucial DDR4
