I have been there for years. yes is a little expensive but I cant say they are scam. I have been able to withdraw and without deposit a single satoshi in the site. all my production there is from the same site I just reinvest the earnings, claim from faucet and try to get all freebies they offer from time to time

Additionally, if your area isn't conducive for mining at home (electrical costs too high, temps too high, etc), it's always possible to get miners hosted at a datacenter or a colocation- there are plenty of such hosting/colocating facilities in places like Canada and the United States and also in other countries, and if you're going with a reputable hoster, you get low downtime and cheaper electrical fees that you would get at home. Make sure you're hosting with a reputable hoster by checking on these forums for any threads with the name of the colocation in the title or in any posts, read any applicable posts, and you should be set.

You brought this dead thread up. But to answer your question kissi. Its NONE.

You shouldn't believe these cloud mining stuff to be working. They are  old scam that only works for newbie and so I understand about it kissi.
Just think about why would a miner who spends thousands for their electricity bills would you rent out their mining resources?

now I tried to login into my account and got message to upload ID scan and all personal details for verification. Do they really think that I'm going to provide my personal information to these cloud mining ponzi scammers.

I went there on and off. I never invested my own funds. I mainly went for the daily freebies and compounding the mining contract. As soon as they wanted an ID upload I stopped going. It just didn't seem right to upload so much personal information to earn .00000000001 BTC per day.  Roll Eyes

I would stay away.

My account with Eobot is the only account I've ever had that was hacked. My funds were stolen. They refused to refund the money. I think their security procedures aren't that great. Their response to me was that it was my fault and they never refund anything. I am going to look into suing them if I can get some other people in on the lawsuit. I do know that financial institutions that deal in USD in the U.S. are liable when someone steals from a customer's account.

I don't have any proof, but the timing of the hack itself was suspicious, and I think they may have had something to do with it.

PM me if your account was hacked as well. If my research turns up some solid legal issues to sue them on and enough people are interested I know a lawyer where they operate that will help me.
I had old Eobot account and often get email messages about attempts to login into my account from Russian IP. But 2fa was enabled, and he wasn't able to access my account. And even if he would able to hack it, he wouldn't find even single satoshi on my account. Funniest part of it - now I tried to login into my account and got message to upload ID scan and all personal details for verification. Do they really think that I'm going to provide my personal information to these cloud mining ponzi scammers. My advice for everyone to stay avay from EOBOT and don't invest here. Sorry to say, but there is almost no chance that you will get refund even with help lawyers.

It is always better to stay away from the so called cloud mining sites. The majority of this sites are just ponzi schemes and scam projects, and we hear about their turning into scam almost every year. The last year it was the big scam of Hashocean which steal around $4M in Bitcoin from its users and closed the site.
There is many scam accusations against Eobot lastly as well. So just take care and better to dont invest in such sites anymore

Eobot has been active since 2013 and from my time there the people that have called scam are the people who have made mistakes in how to use the site people who have not followed the deposit rules and people who get banned from chat due to spamming and trying to use phishing links to get peoples account info, wallets being down to be fixed  etc etc and for me as a rep i do my best to help with all issues with the site i go above and beyond ask any member who has dealt with me in the past and present but i do agree you should be careful with any site and do research first and if you don't think its legit then don't use it as i would do the same also if you don't know how to use something then just ask that is what the chat mods are there for and if you have a delay deposit then just contact us and it will be sorted we are not here to scam anyone.

If i thought anything was wrong at Eobot i wouldn't even of offered my time there.

All you had to do was contact us with the correct info and it would have been sorted for you as there was a lot of issues with BCN at the time.
Are you official support operator/representative of Eobot? So you can confirm that this issue with Op's deposit is solved correctly?
It's very nice of you to pop out and present us the full view on this situation. I would love to hear from exwmzcom (the Op) to learn if this problem is really fixed.

Yes i am a support rep at Eobot and like i said in my post i have sent it on to the boss to be looked in to and added to his account once the boss gets to his ticket then it will be sorted and he will get a email saying so.

People from our chat will know me as EobotSupportRep3

hi everyone,
I'm admin of site WWW.VNCEX.COM, and i has just test Eobot services by deposited 300.00365 XRP. And they didn't credit XRP to my account.
Here is Scam XRP address: rB1za2ZVgDnNB7u8LbVN61k5nCByBUtXCA

they said they didn't see this transaction, maybe they are blind?!!

i realy F*ck this service!!

Who are "they"?
I have good experiences with eobot.com/support. Answer came always within 24h, often earlier.
Also my experiences on eobot services are good, although mining their is pretty expensive, but my main aim is the changing service to several coins. I deposited and withrew doge and btc several time with no issues. Only on BCN was an issue and was immidiately refunded although I think, the problem was on BCN itself.

I didn't get a refund and I didn't know there were a problem with bcn , I accused them of being scammers too because I had some missing deposits in bcn and I still believe they are, they owe me about 7000 bcn , I didn't bother to ask support there as I thought they are scammers. It is a good thing if indeed they are not but I find this a bit exhausting to believe.

What this person forgot to mention is that they forgot to add a TAG to there deposit which is required for depositing to Eobot so we know what account it goes to so yes they would have to wait a little longer for it to be credited to the account as support has to get the owner to do it from his end.

I have sent it on the Eobot for it to be credited but you HAVE to use the TAG next time that's whats its there for you are not above everyone else like you think you are in your email to us saying if you want to send it without the tag you can.

There are two kinds of support, as I found out: In chatango chat they help you to get familiar with eo and to explain possible issues, but they can't refund or repair issues, because they are only chat mods.
Support for refunds or issues on service is only eobot.com/support.
BCN was in the last months often issued or updated. It is a centralized coin, as I understood. Many exchangers also temporarely disabled BCN many times. On one day, I recognized a big issue, as payment went to nowhere. Think it was, because the exchanger, I sent them from eobot to, suddenly disabled BCN permanently. Wrote this issue to eobot (history is saved so support can see) and they refunded the missing amount. So it is always worth to write to support.

In general we can not said that because they are not openly scam people.
They are selectively choose their victim based on their transaction,it's more likely a shady activity.even though a lot of people complained about their services, many people still investing their money in there especially their old investor.
Other than that their earning share is not clear,
I ever used their service and bought 24hours hashrate, their calculator said 0.03Bitcoin but in reality i only got 0.0278Bitcoin.
Cloudmining is no longer profitable in my opinion,so do not bother again with this

That's old, really old, you should stay away from it.

Just do a google search and you'll find lots of complaints and scam accusations on EOBOT.
